Seeing them proudly beat teams such as Gambit Esports, Virtus Pro, m0NESY's G2, Heroic and NAVI!

I think Twistzz is a major unsung hero for this Kato run. The man switched up a lot of his roles for the benefit of the team and Jks. He played incredibly well, especially against G2.

he did all those roles in liquid so.....
like faze is such a versatile team i love it
like with jks anyone can play any role
He also performed better then anyone on faze in the finals its nice to see him showing up on the biggest stages since he wasnt able to in his early career
@@t.w.videos1739 well the whole point was that he WAS only one showing up in the finals in liquid then when they became a superteam, he took all the dog roles and couldn't recover.

Broky convinced me he’s a world class player this tournament. The Latvian Lazer indeed.
Broky stole the show and had ropz jks and twistz on his team. Hes a talent for sure.
He leveled up so much over the last two years. A true top 10 player and top 5 awper now.

s1mple hasnt peformed up to his insane standards and even has worse stats than broky at katowice
zywoo just had his worse map at kato so ye

but keep in mind this is like 2 tournemnets in to 2022 so we will have to see if broky can stay consistent
I was really impressed with the crowd at this event. They cheered everyone (take note Danish fans) and more importantly didnt start making loads of noise when someone's crosshair was on an enemy's head through a smoke etc.
Really respectful during the rounds, explosively loud reactions to great plays, the model of what a CS crowd should be.

Whilst m0NESY was already incredibly hyped up before playing for G2, he still managed to blow my mind by how insane he truly was. His reaction times are out of this world. He is certainly a future number 1 player. At this rate alone he can already be Top 20.
I 1000% agree with Richard's take on the US Air Force sponsoring ESL. In my opinion the whole sponsorship should have never happened.
So fucking crazy. At its worst when they did that "So G2 taking a TACTICAL TIMEOUT BY THE US AIR FORCE" like what the fuck, these guys have literally bombed hundreds of thousands of civilians the last 20 years, let alone the last 50. So disgusting and so happy to hear them bring it up. The new Saudi owners of ESL too. Let's not participate in sportswashing these brutal imperialistic forces
@@STOREpappa Yeah i think when you actually look at it, and it might be the one positive to come from this situation, you have to look at the air force sponsorship, the saudi ownership, the chinese team owners....theres a lot of beneficial changes we could make in ESports that conventional sports never did.
Itd be nice to see Esports take the lead on asking modern sports to show a bit more consistent morality.

@@SaintedPIacebo i think all four groups in question have their hands in most of ESports, except starcraft because no one cares about that anymore (as a fan of starcraft, i mean that). I thought R6 had a big Marines or Navy sponsorship, i could be wrong.
@@2639theboss they have multiple branches involved, they have show matches a tournaments with the different branches on stage, had a friend compete in them for the airforce team a few times.

Ok but why is no one talking about huNter dropping 57 FRAGS on that mirage game in the finals. Like literally no one has mentioned it once.
Can definitely feel how much Richard is influenced by the current global conflict. Semmler's bit of confrontation and challenge at the end of the show regarding politicizing the podcast, and Rich's bit of respectful regression was apparent.
Just want to say appreciate everyone's work with these podcasts. All of the viewpoints offer something valuable and unique in their own way. While things are quite "heavy" in the real world and may not need to be interlaced with our little pocket of escape with CS, I think it is important at some scale to keep global circumstances contextually transparent. They both have an affect on the short term game, as well as longer term implications. Keep up the good work.
I don’t agree with Richard keep pushing the idea the playoffs should of been put off to a later date, the peak numbers wasn’t a coincidence, people look for things to escape and distract them selfs from the real world and csgo is one of those things, canceling those games would of just made people more miserable
And now the question is until what later date seeing as the fighting is looking like it will drag on for a significant amount of time. Very tough spot for players and TOs to be in when trying to thread the needle of covid, war breaking out, and whatever other unholy trinity of suck is waiting in the wings to elbow the world from the top rope lmao.
Yes cause if the Russian and Ukrainian players did go back then 3/6 teams in the playoffs wouldn't even be present if ESL postponed the playoffs

To me the most realistic option for JKS right now would be Mouseports, and tbh, to rebuild his career and show if he really "has it"... it wouldn't be bad at all as a project.
I'd hold out for a better team. Last thing he needs is to get locked into a dead org for 3 years.

JKS did not even play all of the games. Cant be MVP then. Also Ropz played way better and had more important clutches that did huge impact on the game. Okey jks closed down Mirrage but Faze had 2 more rounds to win it. Inferno if not of Ropz clutch in last round they would have lost it. I will say that clutch Ropz did goes in the history books concider the impact it did and it was in a final.
100 percent mate that 1v4 for ropz from 15-7 down to 15-14 and how perfect he played that round gotta go down in the history books

I dont think jks would fair well in eg, stew wouldnt know how to handle him like karrigan, arguably there is only one other igl that can, but stew is really on the tail end of igls that could use jks' potential.

The conflict didnt start a few days before the show, it starten in march 2014.
Even though Broky joined Faze as a rifling IGL he was an excellent Awper on Epsilon. Just a reminder cause many people seem to think he was only a rifler. He has grown extremely much since that first year in Faze tho and I knew since the first day he was special even though Faze last 3 years was pure pain.

The kids got 15k hours already. It certainly seems like if any current player can challenge simple down the road as best player ever it may be monesy.

Cadian has made this team of only one player that's in the top 20 and barely makes it into a top 5 team last year. Replacing him would be a mistake. He needs to step up for sure but replace teses. He doesn't stand out in the team as much as others
