I love your videos!! I've watched so many glowforge videos on RUclips and yours are my favorite. You are super creative; really appreciate you sharing with us!
Troy, you are truly remarkable. I thoroughly enjoy your GlowForge videos. I am new to engraving and graphic design work; learning the design software has been my biggest hurdle. Walking through the Corel steps was a big bonus on this video. Thank you for sharing your talent. Oh, and I like all the charms, but the Dope one is my favorite.
@@TroytheMaker 🙂 no thank you! I was able to use your discount referral and now I'm up and running. I'd like to make this project but the file won't download? Has it been removed?
Another great teaching video. Would like to see a video on how to get photos ready for engraving using Corel 2020. Not any new updated video out right now. Possible?
@@TroytheMaker Yeah that,s the trut. Im getting the hang of it. Been reading the GF community threads but there is so much different information on there hard to tell what is right or wrong. Did find a good video on Lasergods.com about photo editing with Corel. Really easy to follow and has helped me out tons. Keep up the great videos love watching them.
FWIW, when welding the shapes, you can select just the two circles you want to join. That way, the offset inner one doesn't disappear, and you don't have to put it aside first. The same can be done for the ring attachment. Make the outer circles, place them correctly. Offset them inwards. Select the outer rings, and weld them. No need to re-aligning :)
Appreciate the tip. I know it quicker ways to do a lot of things in Corel draw. I try to show baby steps because a lot of people are intimated by Coreldraw.
Troy the Maker that's fair enough. I figured it might be even easier if you didn't have to worry about the coordinates and the duplication. That way it's just shape, offset, repeat, merge relevant parts :) without having do duplicate and move parts around as much.
Congratulations once again on all your projects and thank you for the free Files, on your project video that you did with the leather patches on the hat I read somewhere that there’s some leather patches that are fake leather and those are dangerous for the glow Forge because once it starts cutting it turns into Chlorine gases it’s true ? What do you recommend for this??
These are great, and the way you cut the clear to be a compression fit is genius
Thanks a Million!
I wish the pdf were still available, these are fantastic

The dope one is my favorite as well. Such a cool idea, I'm definitely going to give it a try!
You should and let me know how it turn out. Make sure whatever you find to put inside is less than 1/4” thick.
@@TroytheMaker I need to get some more acrylic, I only have clear acrylic right now. This is so genius though.
i love this version of that type of necklace! I'm thinking about getting a GF - but struggling with the cost and my ROI. Love your channel!!

Can you do a 90s name ring with this printer? I just found your channel today and have been binge watching your videos. New subscriber.
Yes, I'm pretty sure it can be done as long as it is designed right. Thanks a Million!
What settings did you use?
Cut: 157 Speed / 100% Power
Do you still have this file available? When I clicked the link it didn’t work. 😅 Thank you!
Email me troythemaker@gmail.com and I will get them sent to you.

Thanks a Million! I would not recommend anything that you do not do research on before using.
Nice. Can a GlowForge be used in a apartment?
Yes it can work in an apartment setting do you just need a air filter No filter it out through the window
I run mine out of my apartment. Just put my exterior exhaust fan tubing out the window. Easy peasey.
Yes. I use mines in a apartment. I just vent the exhaust hose out the window.
Mr. Maker, the free pdf file link doesn’t work can please repost?
Send me an email I will get it sent to you. troythemaker@gmail.com
This is so hard
I appreciate it!
Has anyone ever told you that you sound just like Cleveland Brown?
No, you're the first! That's funny though. 😂
Check IG. I want to order!! Love them.
Will do!!
