Guys… I hate to break it to you. Cerave rough and bumpy moisturizing lotion does the same thing for roughly 10 bucks. Might not work for all but worked for me! Edit: it now is $19 dollars where i’m at. Worth it but pricy.
the products are (from left to right): glycolic acid toner from the ordinary, the ordinary peeling solution, Hawaiian tropic weightless face sunscreen, good molecules niacinimide serum, good molecules discoloration serum, pantothemic acid, and half-the-size fish oil
Much simpler to just eat a cleaner diet. Once I started eating more veggies and fruits, my skin looked more glowy and I had less breakouts. Diet is key before anything
Skincare and diet are both important, but you're right since a part of Skincare is diet, except half the the alot of people can only afford one or the other 😭 food prices are crazy right now basically $50 a day for a great diet lol
a gentle cleanser(i use vanicream), niacinamide, hylaronic acid, baby lotion, occasional exfoliating, spot treatments and vitamin e oil saved my skin! thought id share what worked for me incase it helps other ppl
I had hyperpigmentation on my face, dark areas on my cheeks that have been there for a long time, I was using everything to try to get rid of it and my skin was always irritated because of that, until recently I stopped all that stuff and only use a cetaphil cleanser & cetaphil moisturizer AND I take a tbsp of homemade sea moss gel, my skin is now clear of all the dark marks. I think it’s the sea moss gel that’s doing it and I exercise too. Sometimes it’s internal.
Yes I still use Cetaphil. It feels like your rubbing your face with aloe vera. I actually just ran out. I also save money by using reusable makeup cloths. And just wash it every 2-3 days. Now I don't need to buy cotton pads. If I do it's for my nail polish😊😊
I have been working on my skin care for 4 years and found some things that really help my face skin appear great: 1. Stay hydrated with plenty of water. 2. Put fresh Aloe Vera gel on your face prior to bed. 3. Wash your face with lukewarm water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich contains black rice water and use it once or twice a day. 4. Drink karela and lauki juice to purify the body. 5. Lastly, be happy! Your skin looks best when you're happy from inside.
Your body is a natural purifier, there’s no such thing as “purifying” your body. If we had to do that, humans wouldn’t have survived as long as we have without weird “purifying and detoxing” gimmick products. And there absolutely were people with nice clear skin hundreds of years ago because it’s genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle that determine that not drinking chlorophyll or karela juice. It’s a waste of money. Focus on hydration, being active, getting sunlight, and being hygienic. If there is still a problem, it’s probably a medical issue to some degree and needs dermatology.
If you have a bunch of clogged pores I just want you to know that it could be an issue with your gallbladder or too much insulin. I have struggled with extreme clogged pores for the past 10 years and I just now learned this. Talk to your doctor because if it is your gallbladder or insulin then no amount of skincare will cure it. I’ve started eating a keto diet, fasting for 16 hours, and taking bile salts and it seems to be helping. Doesn’t hurt to try 🤷🏻♀️

Advice for teens from a teen scientist: your skin is still developing, products like these can alter the development of your skin cells, rather focus on a healthy diet, good sleep, lots of water and ofc moisturizing, sun screen is also advised to prevent skin from sun damage, and wash your face/skin. all these products aren't required really, even if you have bad breakouts, it's like loosing your baby teeth, the adult teeth come back stronger and better. These are great products, idk why everyone in the comments is giving unsolicited unrealistic advice. A single product or change of diet will not be the answer to everything. Most of what she recommended is affordable and actually works.

Yeh avoid sugar and drink plenty of water! Keep up with your vitamins and minerals!

What for the people who are broke 🙂
Eat less sugar, drink plenty of water, try to avoid stress, and use products you can afford that worked for people with the same skin type as you
guys... diet is everything.... just eat good food and everything will be ok... you can use few products too but products alone can't help us...
Don't sleep on fish oil!❤
Do u rub the fish oil on the skin
@@odudunelly9256 nope, just take the capsule normally.
@@daniellean5769 alright thanks
Usually, age causes damage. Before 24 my skin was clear and flawless. Plus avene just discontinued my face cream which made matters worse.
AVENE PLEASE BRING BACK MATTE CLEANANCE
Sorry to ask but how long did the transformation take
aloe vera soothing gel is the only one that worked best for me..
So um do u use all the products on yo face in one go or like u do them step by step orrrr.... u use some day and the rest the next day?👀
Health is intentional! 🔥.. Thanks for sharing
Does this only work for pimples or compdonal acne as well
Can you please list them, it’s blurry so I can’t really see the product names
Please help us 🙏🏼
⚠️Let me preface this by telling you to be extremely careful.
Chemical burns are no joke, so read the product instructions carefully! At least 2 of these are direct acids (DA).
You cannot use some of these products together on the same day or even in the same week. With fish oil in particular, speak to your physician about tolerance.
From left to right:
- The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toning Solution (DA)
- The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (DA)
- Hawaiian Tropic Weightless Hydration Lotion for Face SPF 30 (I’d recommend spf 50 but to each their own🤷🏽♀️)
- Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum
- Good Molecules Discolouration Correcting serum
- Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B5 Complex
- Fish oil
She also lists them in the description.
I accidentally cleared up my skin while breastfeeding my daughter and she had a dairy allergy so I had to avoid dairy. Turns out I'm allergic to it too, if I have a tiny taste of cheese or whatever I break out again.
Is the blue/white bottle just Vitamin B? I can’t really read it because it’s blurry
I have really bad millia retinol seems to be helping a bit I also have psoriasis behind my ears it's kinda helping that too
I bought skincare and it's not suitable for my skin, what should I do? 😢
Can we use ordinary retinol after glycolic acid cream
instead of taking capsules of vitamins i eat vitamin enriched foods and cut out refined sugar and my skin has never been better.
I am a 13 year old can i use these products for my skin.
I try cetaphil cleanser and it doesn’t work my skin is red and dry what should I do?
Oh lovely my sweety😊
Can you please tell me which shade goes with this color of skin ..
Do you take the vitamins or use the oil from the capsule on your face?
Try zaisha serum
Don't do either unless you're deficient in certain nutrients. It won't do anything. And just don't listen to wanna-be influencers altogether
I hear The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner works for a lot of people, but Im so scared to try it for myself. I've tried everythingggggg, and nothing worksss :(
U can also use minimalist peeing mask it works the same but has a very affordable price
Sometimes just washing your face twice a day will clear it up too.
not really i have been doing skincare for a year now and i still have texture skin like her
I can’t even try that ordinary red one cause they don’t sell that in Canada😕
