@@HEAVYLIKESANDVICH To be fair, once you've seen the views and built a nice base there's not a lot of content you can actually go through on it nowadays, so I can see why people don't enjoy it as much. It's shown its age, but what's there to discover is something no ark player should miss out on!

IMO the center is the best map for PVP. it's easier to hide your bases here from raiders. but makes the challenge of finding other bases all the more fun.
Love the content mate, you've got one of the best possible ark channels on youtube rn, and thats saying a lot considering the saturation of the pvp and pve scene, keep up the fantastic work, especially those explorer note videos!

There is one thing that I would like to mention. The Center is one of the very best map's to tame high level dino's. I have been playing on Scorched Earth lately. It feels like all of the dino's are capped at level 35 on SE.
Usually the mod maps do have a bit higher chance of spawning high levels. But you not seeing higher levels then 35 shouldnt happen there still should spawn up to 150 creatures. Do you play singleplayer or on a server? If its a server what kind of server? Edit: also what platform?
@@jenny96ist im really sure its not specific stats just overal higher chance to spawn high levels which means higher stats because for example a 150 means 149 level up are distributed over its stats. However its not like specific stats get higher

It giving more points to damage could be true however i never noticed anything like that neither have i seen other people on the internet talk about it. Also never seen anything like that on the ark discord. Once again it could be true but it seems unlikely to me. Genuinly sorry if im wrong
After playing every ark map official and unofficial, big and small, I say with confidence the Center is the best. Even with some rough edges it's an incredible and definitive Ark experience.
your map guides are so much more useful than all the other ones . thanks for making this good, new content --- especially at a time with a spike in playerbase and new content being relapsed

You can see the centres boss arena from a certain point on the map don't ask where the point is I forgot I have not played the centre in a long time I've just remembered that information...😅 And I'm gonna help that parcertherium...
That deep Eastern trench is absolutely Terrifying and will give anyone thalassophobia. I used the transponder node to measure the depth and it came to over 1500 m
Some people had nostalgic games, i had the center. Hours and hours of center. Many many friends lost to center. Many Many nightmares about the center....
I think that there are all artifacts on the Center, because the bosses back then required different artifacts (The Broodmotherr used every Artfifact except for the Underwater ones, becuase they didn´t exist yet.) And maybe Center´s boss requirements changed too?
Why exactly? All of them are beautiful maps. The '' worst'' could be easily scorched or abb. Center is beautiful, and crystal is beautiful and complete(honestly, crystal wyverns give cancer in pvp lol)

Another tip dinos have a higher chance to spawn higher stats depending on the map.
And center is really good for looking for high melee dinos.

There is no quitting ark you’ll always be back. I quit and then a year later I’m back. There is no escape…
I have outposts on a lot of maps. I've made my home on the Center for years. It's my favorite map in Ark.

Ight, so the "easy" place has me spawn in no farther than 20 metres away from what must have been 6 raptors. Me and my moschops were slaughtered.
