It's odd that you cite Motor Mania as him taking on the role of George Geef, as in that short he says hi to Mr. Geef (off screen) to establish them as separate characters in their meta kayfabe. Disney characters have a sort of Roger Rabbit-like setup where they are actors playing parts, so an in-universe wiki would list Mr. Walker/Wheeler as one character played by Goofy, but George Geef would have a separate page, played by the same actor. Though, oddly enough, his first appearance _as_ Geef wasn't until a year later in the short "Cold War," but it was presumably already in the pipeline. Also, I don't even know who I'm correcting, because this script was obviously written by AI, and probably rĕad by it too, although I wouldn't think an AI would pronounce so many words incorrectly? Anyhow, one more gripe for now, that Goof you claim is "now known as Mr. Walker" is actually "Driverius Timidicus," one of three new characters introduced in Freewayphobia a.k.a. The Art of Driving the Super Highway.

I remember this famous Disney character and his first cartoon Goofy and Wilbur is on Disney plus. But I think people can see Goofy in Fun and Fancy Free along with Mickey and Donald. I remembered that Goofy is on the children's show Mousercise and he's in the movies Mickey's Christmas Carol and The Prince and the Pauper.

As a matter of fact, people can see Goofy in the crowd scene in the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
