Wow, this video is wonderfull, I love it! Your way to teach and to explain is great! I definately will watch all other videos with great pleasure! Many greetings from germany Ruhr area, Thomas!
That was an excellent choice of pot for the tree. The terracotta and brownish colours contrasts perfectly with the light colour trunk and the blue in the needles. When that tree fills out, it will be stunning!
8:37-9:05 so true! I've learned this and continue to learn from it. Keep looking at your tree. If you don't see it right away, you'll see it eventually. I hope this helps others.

Nice tree, I styled my Moms garden tree that was out of hand and looked like a wholly mammoth, now everyone compliments and you can see the trunk. You didn't drink your wine!
Very interesting how you explain the technique to beginners. The waterfall style is the one I particularly love. I always follow you with interest from Italy.. Gianni 🙂

I love your videos. Blue Cedar is my favorite as well. When is a good time to add wire to start to bend tree? I have one that is tall with very little movement.
Is there a specific time of year or season to do the bending? (early spring when budding out or late winter when energy is still in the roots)@@MadamBonsai2023
