My name is kirpal dhadhal. I am currently doing my graduation. I am in the 2nd year of my graduation i.e. 4th semester. And I will complete my graduation in August 2024. My date of birth is 21-may-2004. And I will complete my graduation in August 2024 that means I will get my degree in 20 years and 4 to 5 months. So now my question is whether I can give UPSC 2025 exam or not? Because I am not 21 years old on the date of filling the form (DAF 1) of UPSC 2025 exam but I am 21 years old on the day of pre exam. As I am completing 21 years on 21-may-2024 even then the form filling date of 2025 will be gone. So can I give UPSC exam 2025?
my DOB is 21-5-2004. i complete my graduation in August 2024.And I will have completed 21 years on 21-5-2025. But form filling date will be gone of 2025?

But I have a doubt how geography is related to IRMS ? Actually I am from civil engineering background and trying for IRMS and found you on RUclips as one of the most helpful friend who has a good idea about UPSC. As per me there is no such relationships between geography and IRMS but yes science and technology will be crucial.
