hello sir, I have a question. I gave my 12exam cbsc board with PCM, and I passed the exam with my optional sub. since I failed maths one of my main subjects. I didn't give a compartment exam but I appeared for the improvement exam next year for maths only and cleared my maths paper. now I am a graduate in English lit. and have ncc' c ' certificate with an A Grade. am I eligible for UPSC and state pcs exams?

Yes as long as you get a degree from a recognised college you are eligible..please carefully read upsc guidelines
