Hi Dennis. I have reviewed several of your vids. Very nice format. One items for thought. Lyft, Uber, Bolt, Ola, etc. are non-differentiating products. They have first to market advantage in some cases or in others they are Samsung vs Apple; ie later to market but better fxs. I am in the camp that so long as you pick a market that is semi-saturated one does not really require product differentiation per se. Yes one click order, or some other nifty functions can be build using AI learning from user history on for example how to implement one click booking, something which does not exist today! I do believe AI will usher in a whole host of fxs that will revolutionize adoption but EVERY service will implement them up faster than a jack rabbit. I agree a careful balance of growth and foresight will be meaningful but the window will be ever closing faster and faster to the point where AI will solely build an application from scratch to completion in a day or less... Thoughts?

Hey Mr. Dennis. I like how you explain things clearly and know your stuff in and out. I've seen on another comment of yours that you relocated a part of your business to Turkey. I'm a Comp. Eng. 3rd grade student and wondered about the name of your company and if I could apply for any internship or other opportunities. Thank you. -Omer

Wow, this is a really interesting question! Building a platform like Uber requires a lot of resources, including talented developers, designers, and business strategists. Additionally, there are a lot of technical considerations that need to be taken into account, such as creating a reliable and scalable infrastructure for the app. It's hard to estimate the exact cost of building an app like Uber, but I imagine it would be quite expensive. Thanks for sharing this video!

Getting the Tech stack on point is one of the biggest challenges. It must be accomplished with a vision of where the software industry is headed so that one can adapt legacy accordingly. IMO
