It's so wired seeing my uncle's car on a game.

It was a condition of the deal between Holden and GM Pontiac that the hotter HSV engine would be fitted to the US-bound Pontiac GTOs.

Just pointing out that the Commadore is mother of the Monaro. Then the Pontiac and others are the overseas version of the Monaro.

Not really, since the Monaro predates the Commodore by a decade (1968 compared to 1978).

      Sorry completely different car.
      I am actually Australian.
      Try compare a HQ Monaro to a 2003 Monaro. Then compare a 2003 commadore to a a 2003 Monaro.

Then you should have specified your comment more accurately, since as I said - the Monaro line predates the Commodore by a decade. If you specifically meant 2003, you should have said 2003. And it's ''Commodore'', not ''Commadore'', but since you're Australian I would have thought you of all people would know that.

      Dude spelling doesn't mean anything.
Yeah I should have been specific but all I was saying is that the modern Monaro originated from the commodore.
You didn't have to get salty about it

Yes it does actually. Especially with an argument as semantic as yours.
And being salty has nothing to do with it, you just can't deal with being corrected about your incorrect grammar, misspoken argument and being blatantly wrong about the Commodore predating the Monaro.
Your mistakes aren't my problem. So if you can't deal with being corrected, don't try to correct others.
