Don't give up hun. You'll get it. Glad to see the start guide is helping. Quality of life will be so much easier once You hit TIE. Spreading out the gameplay is your best bet and I am happy to help you in Co Op if You wish for XvT.
You'll have a whole lot more fun when you get to Tie Fighter. X-Wing is pretty good for what it is, but Tie Fighter is a masterpiece.
