I'm trying to figure out how to remove those stock clamps off without damaging the hose? The smaller ones without ears or anything

Like the small hose you didn't have to replace with the clip

a pick or screw driver there is a lift point where you can pop them loose or use a pair of side cutter and cut them off replace with worm gear clamps.

I used a multi tool with a metal blade . Shit came right off .

How long does it take off and put on the heater hoses? Is it 2 hrs of labor time?

With the stuff to remove if you have not done it before around 1.5 hours or 2
