Is it fine to rejoin the race after the crash and still contest for points? I would have thought there is a penalty for being a lap behind. I’m new to racing so don’t know the rules. Glad the bike is ok
Depends on the AusCycling official. I think the rules are if you crash you must abandon the race but sometimes they let you join back in and have a lap and allowed to contest the sprint
