The arms, the fists, the force of humanity are guided by the travel of nerves and orders that are always connected directly to the center, the emperor.
While our Emperor, the Man who has Stepped into Godhood, but remains with us, guides and counsels us all in His Light and plan, the golden motes that carry his will along the coil of bureaucracy, will not, cannot be brought down. For they are the first step, the first decent down of the Emperor that bridges himself as a God Man, and us his children of Man.
