      The price will be less than flight tickets so people who used to take flights are in advantage because you wouldn't need to reach the station 4 hours before the train moves.

      Atleast it will be affordable than flights. Also airports tend to be at the outskirts and far from the city. Bullet trains can be accessed just like railway and bus stations.

      India doesn't have more land to acquire accross all railway network even if acquired people will cry for homes and business like they did in Ayodhya so it's better to allot a dedicated corridor for high speed trains and bullet train need dedicated corridor to achieve that speed and on existing routes of Indian railways it's not possible as population is increasing existing railway routes can't handle it ...instead of focusing on higher rates u should focus on ur career to grow so that u can easily afford these tickets

    बुलेट ट्रेन का टिकट लगभग फ्लाइट के बराबर होगा,लेकिन एक हिसाब से उससे जल्दी अपनी ट्रैवल यात्रा को पूरा कर लेंगे, कारण है एयरपोर्ट पर 1- 1.5 घंटा पहले नही पहुंचना पड़ेगा और एयरपोर्ट पहुंचने में भी लोगो को समय लगता है जो शहर के बाहरी एरिया में होते हैं।
    उद्योगपति और बड़े व्यापारियों के लिए ये ट्रेन अफोर्डेबल होगी लेकिन बाकी शायद ही इसमें जाएं।
    फिर भी देश विकास के लिए अच्छा है दो बड़े औद्योगिक शहर के बीच ऐसी सुविधा अगर मिले।

      aisa nai hai... it will have differet coaches with multiple fares jaise abhi hai.. so avg ppl can also travel like economy class or 2S but yes fare will be high but not that steep to be compared with flight ticket. if you see china and other countries, it is also like that.     I love bullet trains, but building such projects in India requires a lot of skillful men. It is a challenging thing to build, run and maintain bullet trains. Japanese engineers are extremely well talented and skilled, Their robust and continuous maintenance of high speed rail infrastructure made sure that there were no accidents and fatalities recorded, and also boosted transportation in Japan.
    India also requires such highly skilled people and they should focus on even the smallest of the issues, and there should be zero corruption otherwise they would cost lives and also lead to property damage.

    Our bullet train proposed routes length till year 2050: 8000km.
    China's EXISTING bullet train route length: 40,000 km!
    China's proposed bullet train route within next 10 years: 80,000 km!!!
    China is also testing 1000kmph maglev train. It also operates a 30km long 450kmph maglev commercial service!!!
    We are way way behind!!!

    Government/Minister of railways, please fast track all bullet train projects as it is needed in Bharat. It will boost the economy and tourism. India will be the next superpower. Get the infrastructure done now before it is too late. In 60 to 70 years congress has done nothing with infrastructure. In future there will be many modes of travel and the people can make their choices.

    Bullet trains will eliminate seat waiting system as frequency can be increased to every hour or 2 hrs . Fastness increase availability of free tracks for additional racks . Suppose if Delhi to patna travel time becomes 6 hrs ( 1000 km) , every second hour a train can be deployed with 10 minutes stoppages at 5/6 important places ( aligarh, kanpur, Prayag raj, varanasi/Dindayal nagar, arrah) ...in that case all waiting list will end and you can go to station like metro station at anytime.

    French TGV existing tracks par hi 450+ kmph chalti hai fir bhi in kam akkal logo ko samajh me nahi aata hai.
    Vande Bharat bana rahe hai par us ko 180 ya 220 chalne ke liye tracks hi nahi hai. Wap series engines bhi 160 se 200 kmph chal sakte hai. 400 vande Bharat banane ki jagah tracks pehle upgrade karne chahiye

    Instead of constructing very expensive ( 250 crores per km ) bullet train corridors, india should first upgrade the existing network upto 200kmph. This speed is more than enough.

    Fares should be between flight and 2nd ac train. Also it makes sense to take a flight instead of a train when distance is greater than 800km. Other than this, bullettrain shouldbe seamlessly commected with metro, rrts and bus terminals. Minimum operational speed should be 320kmph on Diamond Quadrilateral and Criss cross corridors. Other limes can be slower and cheaper.

    12:27 China ke paas koi 20-25 saal pehle se HSR corridor nahi hai. Unlogo ne 2008 Olympics ke just pehle ek chhota sa 250-300 kms ka HSR corridor develop kiya tha jo aaj 16 saal baad 45,000 kms ka HSR network ban chuka hai aur unlogo ka aim isko 2036 tak 70,000 kms ka HSR corridor network banane ka hai.

    The propsed silver line in Kerala stands cancelled at the moment for lack of financing and popular resistance. Keralites are demanding improvements to the current railway systems before embarking on wasteful railway just as a showpiece. This should be a lesson to whole India.
