The thing is tracks and trains are technically capable of going past 150km/hour but with habitation like towns, villages, cattles every 50 kms its difficult to run on high speeds.
Indian non-AC LHB trains are very well capable of going at 140 kmph and AC LHB trains are capable of going at 180 kmph, but the reason is as you mentioned, and also that current lines are extremely crowded due to cargo trains as well. With DFC, things will change
Konkan railway is designed to take a top speed of 180kmph and train can commerically run at 160 kmph, infact it is the only railway line built for 160 kmph commerical operation. Even in 1999 a trail run was conducted at 180 kmph using WDP4 and LHB coaches by Konkan railway CEO. Unfortunately landslide and boudler issue has caused reduction of track speed.
@@navan1087 Main problem is animals and humans crossing the tracks. High speed must not interact and should be on elevated tracks. Costly but only option

If you wants to experience 160km/HR speed Do travel between New Delhi to Agra by Gatimaan Express And the pudding thing is exactly a sweet dish name Sheera in Maharashtra & Goa made with semolina flour & Ghee ( clarified butter) & some cardimum powder
Come on silly. Positive review from a guy who does not understand veg cake. Why do you need white people to endorce our stuff. Come out of your slave mentality. Will you show the same consideration to an African. Grow up man.
The technical reason for tejas train not hitting that 160km speed is due to the track and its route itself most of the konkan train route is zig zag and full of sharp curves and lot of uneven surfaces. U should have travelled here in the monsoon season which will be in june trust me it becomes quite scenic and deadly due to mud slides😅.
Konkan tracks dont have nig zag and sharp curves, infact it is the only track designed for a top speed of 180 kmph and a commerical run for 160 kmph. In 1999, Konkan railway has conducted a trail in which train reached top speed of 180 kmph. Unfortunatley unpredictable land slides and boudler issue is the reason train speed is capped at 120-130 kmph and further less in monsoon.
If you want to enjoy 160kmph in India then you have to board 12049/50Gatimaan Express Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station ( Delhi) to VLGB Jhansi or 20171/72VANDE BHARAT EXPRESS between Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station ( Delhi ) to Rani kamlapati railway station ( Bhopal) and vise- versa Or for 150 the train name is Bhopal Shatabdi Express Which runs b/w NDLS ( NEW DELHI) TO RANI KAMLAPATI RAILWAY STATION ( BHOPAL )
In fact there are multiple trains capable of going at 160 kmph in India but they don't go beyond 130 kmph because most of the tracks are not designed for higher speeds beyond 130. The tracks are going to be updated to allow 160 kmph over time. Also the name of the sweet was Sheera / Shira not Shida.
I will suggest you guys to travel in Delhi Bhopal Vande Bharat express(20171) as it goes 160 km/hr or you can choose Gatimaan Express(12050) which runs between Delhi to Jhansi. You guys can visit Agra for Taj Mahal by Gatimaan Express from Delhi or you guys can also visit Jhansi by Gatimaan Express to visit Orchha historical place.
The desert is called suji ka halwa Or sheera. It is made from semolina. It is shallow fried in clarified butter and then cooked in boiling milk and later sugar and cardamom added.
Suji ka Halwa is a type of halvah made by toasting semolina (called सूजी, suji, sooji or रवा, rawa in India) in a fat like ghee or oil, and adding a sweetener like sugar syrup or honey. It can be served for breakfast or as a dessert item. The basic recipe is made with just semolina, sugar or honey, ghee, and sometimes milk. Variations on this include dried or fresh fruits, nuts, shredded coconut, and other toppings.
Yes definitely this train is capable of 160km/hr speed. But the tracks of Indian railway are under construction for 160+km/hr. Nowadays Most of the tracks of India are capable of 120km/hr speed. So i hope next time when u will return to India it might be 180+.. 😅❤.. and one more reminder this is not luxurious train if u want u can check out maharaja express, palace on wheels etc etc... Love from India ❤❤❤
The speed of tejas express is 160 Kmph but the allowed speed on railway zones changes and it just depends on different railway zones. Only 130 is allowed at this railway zone.

The Konkan (Goa) Railway Line is still not upgraded to support 160kmph. 130kmph is the best it can do as of now depending on the gradient.
It is designed for 160kmph operational speed with all the gradient and curves. Just it lacks safety certificate from CRS
This type of hospitality never get in the Flight.. continue offering food and drinks. Such amazing hospitality in India. Proud to be Indian. Hope you guys enjoy lots in India and get pleasure experience.
I know u can't afford planes😂😂😂...All full service airlines give meals and complimentary food free. But in budget airlines u need to purchase all these....
@@arpansonawane6027 food in flight is shit if you compare the same with vandebharat, tejas etc

You guys have become my fav vlogger couple in the short span of time I have known you you on YT. The way you present content, blend in, try to dissect the dishes, savories and drinks you taste in our country for the first time particularly is interesting. Never been a Tejas Express but glad you guys have had a wonderful experience, and hope you guys did in South Goa too. I live in Margao, less than 2 kms from the Railway station you guys got down. If you guys are still here, do not forget to visit Chandor, and the ancestral/ heritage homes there and the archaeological temple site, then the museums of Goa Chitra, Goa Chakra and Goa Curti - all at one place in Benaulim, Big Foot and Casa Araujo, Figueredo Heritage House in Loutolim, then further South Cabo De Rama, Cola Beach, Kakolem Beach (Hidden Gem), Palolem Beach, and to Butterfly Beach (not by boat but by land - through a short forested trek)

Very happy to see you both in India … welcome to Maharashtra ❤as well as india … and thank you for original review on Indian railways ❤😊

I was looking for this comment 😂
I definitely recommend do same trip in mansoon season. Visiting konkan/Goa is blessing. And about max speed is not reached, because it was just single track. 😔
160 kmph is a max capable speed which means that if the geography supports this train can achieve that speed ...
In mountains, or in areas having lot of curves ...trains don't really travel on Max speed due to safety reasons
Tejas Express trains are India's first semi-high speed, fully air-conditioned trains, designed to run at a maximum speed of 200 km/hr. The maximum operating speed allowed as of now is 130 km/hr due to track and safety constraints. Bhopal-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express and Gatimaan Express have a speed of 160km/hr(max) Vande Bharat express maximum speed 200 km/ hr but The Bhopal-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express maximum operating speed allowed as of now is 160 km/hr due to track and safety constraints. Also India government and The Indian railways is building the country's first bullet train from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Mumbai, Maharashtra over 508-kilometer route. The high-speed train will run at top speed of 350 kms per hour. 25 persentage work has done as of now for India's first bullet train❤❤😊😊
550 km jeouney for 3200 rupees too expensive..... On a non AC bus it would be 900 rs .... Or d most dirt cheap price is non reserved general coach would be 300 rs
@@jeshminhaxarika5479
The distance of almost 500 kilometres will be covered in just 2 hours (including atlest 5 stops in between) by the Bullet train. The fare of ₹3200 is literally peanuts for such a fast service. Which bus does that, pray tell me?

Hi, You guys should definitely visit Indore, M.P., someday. Indore is the cleanest city and best food hub in central India. There are many places to explore in Indore for food, even non-vegetarian food. The weather here is pleasant for most of the year, and I am pretty sure you will enjoy it.
watch joishe lift things
The train can reach 160, but the tracks don't allow them to up to that speed. If you want to reach 160, Try Gatiman Express which goes from Delhi to Jhansi.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I love u cute cupple ,♥️♥️♥️ and wellcome to my india😍
The way you're pronunciation some words like station name of chhatrapati shivaji terminal it's too good... Something different ❤
Enjoy ur every day every moment and every hour ur life..

@@ArghyadeepPal dfc us not in Mumbai and Goa also u have gradient what will u do
Speed has importantly to do with the quality of tracks alone..
Costly but only option
the best thing about the video was you two, your positive attitude, going with the flow, and just plain positivity throughout. well done guys!
Khaleesi you called that a Bum Gun😂 Glad you enjoyed the Tejas experience. You both are an Awesome couple
Shira/Suji ka Halwa is a dessert made by toasting semolina in a fat like ghee or oil, and adding a sweetener like sugar syrup or honey. It can be served for breakfast or as a dessert item. The basic recipe is made with just semolina, sugar or honey, ghee, and sometimes milk.
First of all welcome to great nation of the world that is our india❤...

8:19 You don't need to book your food for trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdhi, Tejas, Duronto. But in case you don't want food you can mention while booking tickets.
Thank you for traveling in Tejas Express and loving the experience!! ❤
The booking is automatic and seats are allotted on first come first serve basis. You were lucky to get a seat with table.
The sweet dish is called Sheera.

Welcome to india. In india only 1train i.e., vande bharat train from bhopal to delhi touches 160 speed. Other trains are restricted to speed limit of 130/120/110 depending the section(route) in which the train is running. To taste speed thrills of indian train. Bhopal to delhi either by Vandebharat or Gatiman express.
Happy stay. 🥰
Nice ,good looking and made for each other couple❤

0:15 The pudding is called Ksheera. Ksheera means milk. Usually this pudding is made with ghee a milk product, sugar and rava(finely broken wheat)

It is good to see such positive reviews of Indian things these days. Also love both of your positivity. Its infectious like children’s laughter is.
Come on silly. Positive review from a guy who does not understand veg cake. Why do you need white people to endorce our stuff. Come out of your slave mentality. Will you show the same consideration to an African. Grow up man.
Majority of foreigners review were positive bro what are you talking about 🙄
Absolutely amazing! Enjoyed watching! Thank you for sharing. And thank you for visiting India.
Welcome to India please enjoy India's hospitality and come again
If you want to enjoy 160kmph in India then you have to board 12049/50Gatimaan Express Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station ( Delhi) to VLGB Jhansi or 20171/72VANDE BHARAT EXPRESS between Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station ( Delhi ) to Rani kamlapati railway station ( Bhopal) and vise- versa
Or for 150 the train name is Bhopal Shatabdi Express Which runs b/w NDLS ( NEW DELHI) TO RANI KAMLAPATI RAILWAY STATION ( BHOPAL )
Thanks for visit my country
You are always welcome ❤
Also try VANDE BHARAT TRAIN,they are too comfortable & modern❤ (Try new Delhi - Bhopal for 160kmph)
The speed of tejas express is 160 Kmph but the allowed speed on railway zones changes and it just depends on different railway zones.
Only 130 is allowed at this railway zone.
That pudding name is SHEERA, it is made from Semolina. Love from Mumbai ❤️
You should try this train in monsoon session. It's mind blowing experience
outside views are very beautiful in this particular journey...but unfortunatly its night time
