Crazy ducks always go where they want to be. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched birds slide by my spread to continually land in their preferred spot, even just 75 yards away. That’s why people race to a “spot” love your vid’s and your candor, have patience with Kora!
That Mallard spin is what we live for. Grind it out. It's hard but you'll miss these days come July. Sometimes you just have to get back to enjoying it. Even if that means no cameras for a bit.
Josh you know that you can`t Limit out everytime that was a good Hunt 3 Ducks 3 Shots then that stupid Corn got in the way. Enjoyed it can`t wait to see next Year`s Season with Cora helping.
If I got one green head by noon I’d be super happy.. awesome hunt in my book.. I’m in Texas so to get three green heads in one morning would be the best day of the season..the lease I’m on is holding a lot of pintails, shovelers and blue wing teal .. and a lot of geese
Buddy part of the problem is you are struggling with your shooting. Believe me I know been there many times. Watching u I know how you feel. Don’t let it frustrate you , go out and enjoy a hunt instead of filming. Build up your confidence again. Been subscribed a long time and know you can shoot very good. Bad season here in Illinois not many birds. Birds that are here have been here since opener no new birds. Frustration leads to mistakes and very few chances to correct them.
I haven't noticed duck hunters on weekdays as much as I did deer hunters and other fishermen. But yeah, seems like more folks out around here during the week as well- myself included.
Post production narration as in the beginning of this episode results in a more professional final video. If you narrated the whole thing but still included one or two Stand-ups you could show more if what you're doing.
Man your sure missing out on not taking the pup with ya every time she goes she will learn something just takes patience get that girl out there she will be fine you have worked too hard so far not to enjoy watching her in her element
No definitely not. Learning something isn't always a good thing. Sometimes they learn bad habits and unlearning is a lot harder than learning. Plus she could get hurt. She needs to grow and mature. She'll be fine by next year. You can't rush some things.
@@theduckman8814 My black lab has had over 3,000 retrieves to hand I hunt with one guy got him at 49 days old and hunted him at 10 months from there on he never seems to amaze me with how quickly he learns and picks up in what he’s supposed to do I look at it as on the job training that’s all
Tend to agree with Jeff on this. A dog can only learn so much during training when compared to hunting. At some point they need to learn while hunting. Most dogs improve over time with hunting and aren't perfect out of the gate. Coras obedience looks solid enough where see could safely learn while hunting. View the hunting as more training and be patient. Don't ask too much take her with on the long retrieves and build her confidence with the shorter retrieves.

That first mallard had no idea I were there 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Anyone have the link or name of the sled cover ? I’ve been looking for one

Great hunt! Coulda had your mallard limit too, but....sometimes we miss.
This video looked like mine with all the frustrations that come with hunting and filming! Good stuff as always.
What boat do you hunt with?
If I get just one duck its not a bad day
Where is this?!? We can’t find birds at all!?
How’s the fit on the AlphaShield? Any noticeable difference between the 60 and 90?
I've been hunting for the past month in CA without ever getting a shot at a mallard. 3 mallards in 1 hunt is epic for me!
Love seeing the hunt from the 3 different angles
"Cupped up" come on man! Jordan language! 😆
I hate it when some dang weed or stock grabs your gun! LOL Thats one of the toughest things to overcome during a shot.
Dude I love your introductions in your videos keep it up
Awesome hunt. Anyone know what calls he runs?
He usually puts all his equipment tags in the bottom of the link.
@@ryanbrooks4020 I’ve looked but hadn’t seen calls
Definitely a good day but any hunting day is good 👍. Congrats
That first greenhead was looking right at you and never saw you!
Aaannnnddd you just said it on video lol
Gonna be in kansas for four days starting tomorrow. Looking forward to whatever lies ahead
What state are you in?

Next challenge. You can only shoot ducks that touch water first.
Where is the pup?

Cant wait to see your pup out their hunting with ya
Another great video, 4 ducks is a good day.
Nice! Modified or full choke?
He uses the carlson cremator mid range, which is a modified.
As a guy that lives in ohio, you had a great hunt.
Haha ain't that the truth. I'm happy as hell with a 4 duck day
@@Dieseloutdoors Shit im happy with 1, even seeing one come in 50yds😂
@@juliangarza6274 haha!
Rinella, is that you? xD
The way I see this hunt is now you can have duck once a week for a month. That isn’t bad.
That video of the second bird was amazing glad you got the angles you did. I could watch that shot over and over, pure duck porn lol 😂

I’ll take a Solo 360 anytime over that.
Good job boy.

Get a haircut.
