i downloaded both files and i have the game rom - what i have to do next? also i have all the settings pretty simmilar as your when it comes to emu from what i see (i mean widescreen, 60fps, perspective correction, no lod cars). And do i have to make new save?

Patch the A-Spec xDelta in the Patch file, then put the iso game (Make sure it’s v1.2 (Greatest Hits)) in the Source file, and make up a title in the Output file like “GT2 Project A-Spec” and you should be good, but make sure to add a folder to put the game in. And yes, you have to make a new save because if you’re using Pez3k’s mod, the cars you bought and won will crash/cause an error because it’s not present in the other mod.

From what I've seen, it's a "patch" made on the GT2 iso. You can google Patching PSX Games, and you should be able to find a tool that can do it for you. Personally haven't tried it yet but it seems like 5 steps max.
