This is my stopping point for now.
Gonna take a break from Gran Turismo 2 to move on to other games to up the subs and while waiting for more updates of new vehicles coming for this mod. Again, much obliged to the team working hard for making this happened on this mod!
As a diehard fan of Nijigasaki High School Idol Club, i also fell in love with GT2 Project A Spec Mod.
The 1020bhp Caldina GT-T, TACOMA PIKES PEAK VERSION, and Escudo Pikes Peak Version are recommended for this Like the Wind event.
The Caldina has horrible understeer, the Tacoma is tough to acquire (basically requiring the Escudo or Cultus to beat the Escudo up Pikes Peak), and the Escudo is expensive. My pick for this race is the TVR Speed 12, which can be obtained rather easily with the Skyline Silhouette from '80s Sports Car Cup Race 5.
Gt One road version with Stage 4 turbo
Perhaps ironically, the Mazda 767B is actually a poor car for this race since its lack of adjustable gears limits its top speed. The TVR Speed 12 was the car I chose for the race, and I hit over 270 MPH driving it in a slipstream.
Tacoma PPV and Escudo PPV can easily hit 300mph if it set to very long gear ratio.
Rod Millen Toyota Tacoma Pikes Peak is the new Escudo Pikes Peak meta.
Same goes to the famous 1020bhp Caldina.😂
You can use Toyota (Gt one) Specialcar. This one from endurance races. You can uprgrade it with turbo :
GT2 is eternal! GT2 ran over, crushed the GT3!
I started playing GT3 and saw that it didn't have legendary cars like Vector and Venturi, so I gave up and went back to playing GT2.
GT2 and GT4 are the best in the franchise.

Are there any other new new events in this mod or only this one?
Just only the Spider Trophy and Like the Wind Endurance that’s it. But I’ll probably go back to finish the game again.
@@Tank09YT Will they ever restore the cut peugeot 206 one make race in this mod? Will we be getting more events and features in future updates?
@@MsSirAndy probably not, I haven’t look at Discord yet, the 206 Challenge event is Pez3k’s mod only. Anyway, 4 more cars has been added to the mod 3 months ago.
@@Tank09YT I see. Is it possible to keep both mods installed at the same time and switch one to the other when needed?
@@MsSirAndy not really, you can’t place Pez3k’s mod over another mod as it might cause a bug or cause the game to crash, so it’s better to have both mods separately.
