  • Hi all, this video is about unboxing and a over view of ALL NEW LASER HEAD LIGHT, Yes for the first time in the aftermarket. Very few
premium cars like ROLLS ROYS, BMW are using the laser headlight, The Projector is a Bi-LED with LASER LIGHT for HIGH BEAM. Yes it is for
    HIGH BEAM ONLY.
You can directly jump to your interested part below..

    LED LOW BEAM:
The Low beam is 2.5 inch projector with one LED unit of osram CHIP SCALE PACKING (CSP) unit.
The LOW BEAM LIGHT is produced by OSRAM OSTAR® Headlamp Pro, LE UW U1A5 01, it Contains 5 led chip in one unit,
More info about OSRAM LOW BEAM LED CHIP link : www.osram.com/...
    Low beam consumes 32 watts
    LED HIGH BEAM:
The High Beam is produced by two led on the side with individual reflector and laser on the middle.
The High beam led are OSRAM OSTAR® Headlamp Pro, LE UW U1A3 01
More info about the Product : www.osram.com/...
This each unit has 3 led chip on it.
High Beam LED consumes nearly the same 30 watts but for two led units (3+3 led chips)
Both Low and High beam led comes under the OSRAMS Ultra-High-Power (Power Classes category). These are specially designed for Headlamp
    applications by osram.
The LED Light output Color is perfect,Clear bright and ultra white, No Bluish color.
    Laser HIGH BEAM Module;
The Make of the Laser diode is Unknown, not mentioned.
The Laser light is converted to yellow visible light spectrum, it is a very precise process of conversion.
The Laser High beam produces pencil beam pattern
    Laser light consumes 20 watts
LED and Laser are powered by different individual drivers.
A Single projector weights 610 Grams or 1.32 pounds, Maximum width of the projector at the mounting screw is 10 centimeters or 4" inches, Maximum breath (height) is 8 Centimeters or 3.2" inches, the length is 15 centimeters or 6" inches
The working temperature on the LED chips are around 70 degree Celsius or 158 Fahrenheit, Laser diode temperature is around 65 degree Celsius or 149 Fahrenheit.
MY Conclusion from what i have learned so for from this projector.
FAN NOISE is High when compared to led bulbs.
Two drivers (ballast) for one projector means, we need lots space behind the headlight
The length of the wire's are very short. So the Drivers (ballast) need to mounted very near or on the headlight housing.
    That's all for now,
