Hopefully someone will read my comment - this video does NOT show the two small strips you're supposed to pull before removing the screen. They release the screen like "command strips" you pull them at each hinge, and it stretches out and removes the adhesive from the back. I did not see this - and now my lcd is shattered. If you're replacing the back cover only due to bad hinges - REMEMBER THIS STEP!

I want to change the back cover but I can't find the strips you say it has, I can't remove it and I don't want to make a price so as not to break the screen.

He forgot to show main aspect of screen removal, adhesive strips on both sides should be removed first otherwise screen will be shattered

yeah why would you skip over that? It seems like a pretty damn important thing to mention. I am currently having to perform a hinge swap on this model for the first time and if I hadn't read your comment I would have ended up shattering this screen trying to get it out lol

Where can I buy the mold/plastic were the screws are attached? That part is the one i gor damaged

You can use a plastic weld kit which comes with a powder and solution to attach as well as to fill the broken space.

Appears that this is a common problem with Dell touchscreen laptop. The corner that you use to open the laptop, bottom of it gets broken. The build quality is bad.
