We have a gift closet. Am I rich? Just seemed to make sense. Before Valentines gifts get stored in there, before birthdays, before Easter, and of course before Christmas. I have seen a TON of lux home tours and this has to be one of the finest estates I've ever seen at ANY price point let alone $5.5 mil. Looks like on Zillow this may have sold for as little as $4.3 mil which is a fire sale for such an exquisite property with such amazing and bespoke use of unique woods, stones, and fixtures. My aunt passed and I inherited some of her portfolio and cash savings, I'm 51 with about 400k cash in savings and as usual everybody's preaching invest, S0 what stocks are a good long term buy, only major purchase i intend to make is buying a home in 5years from my returns.
I suggest consulting with an experienced financial professional. It might seem pricey, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." My belief is that "Expert solutions require expert providers."

This is a failed luxury home for one simple reason. The windows are too small and about 1/2 of the windows that needed to be installed are missing! Look at the outside of the house and tell me if you would pay for this house now that you know the windows they installed were too small and they left out most of the windows they should have installed in the first place.

I love the look from the front. I love the look from the back. I love the great room. There's a perfect place by the back window for a ginormous Christmas tree. I love the brick accents. It's spacious and mansiony but it still feels like home. I could definitely see getting a house like this when I win the big jackpot.

There is a home on sooner rd and Britton rd that is almost almost twice the size of this home on at least 40 - 60 acres would be nice to see it too. A number of 5,000 sq ft plus homes are between this one and east Edmond its a growing area with above average sized homes a lot priced below 1 million dollars with trees and quick access to the interstate and turnpike.

it’s a personal decision, but Forbes says housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
