Cool vid. Not much of an engine guy... Just replaced my back tire. Put the muffler back on. Very clean moped. But will not start now.. Something simple I'm guessing. I'll work through it a little-by-little I guess.

Nice job getting it running. I picked up a black 86 Spree last summer for $100 that the plastics and seat were good but the rims were rusted, tires were dry rotted and it has a rusty tank along with a lot of oil settled into the engine. I got it all fixed up but still have an issue where after I drive it for a while and come to a stop it will stall unless I rev it back up. I did bypass the petcock and just added a fuel shutoff to it. Looking forward to more videos on this one.

Great vid, makes me want a full on motorcycle like an Indian or something very similar, old. Don't live in a city and if I did I think I'd just ride a mountain bike with smooth tires on it for some exercise.

Looks like a pretty good scooter. I just picked up a black spree for $200. It needs tires for sure and the keys are missing. How do I get by that? Great video as usual.
How do I tell what year it is?

Check the Vin number. There are two letters before the group of numbers. The first of those letters denotes the year. E is 1984, F is 1985, G is 1986 H is 1987. The Spree in this video has a kick starter which did not come out till 1986.
