To the people saying he has suffered a loss of XYZ cr so his behaviour is justified. It is not, it is not in any shape or form because money can never be near as valuable as a persons life (saying about the "Tera murder ho jaayega" statement). Also, look at his finances (I am not sure but shayad it had some lapses). Ik his tough demeanour turn on a lot of wannabe investors here but thats not how corporate work unfortunately. Toxicity is not the way to go in a business. Aggressiveness comes at a cost otherwise there are a lot of businessmen who were very aggressive and ended up being nothing or failed atleast in that venture (example OLA's electric bike launch date and ambitions coupled with the toxic workload).

What Kotak Mahindra Bank did was wrong. What Ashneer did wasn’t wrong in my opinion.
Listen the audio first and even if Kotak employee was wrong he has no right to use abusive language as well as threating someone for life. Such language is not at all acceptable from anyone.

@Thempire 321 and we do remember Steve as a snarky person who didn’t let others work and Apple never made profits when Steve was working there. Steve was a great designer and brought Apple out of bankruptcy but doesn’t mean he is a good colleague and a great person to work with. Apple spends a lots in controlling the image of Steve Jobs as it helps them be a brand for innovators. Elon, oh where do I start… he never studied engineering but he calls himself an engineer just because he paid to be a part of PayPal, Tesla and SpaceX. He talks about all those martian stuff and blah blah but never gives credits to his colleagues and fellow scientist who work for him. Remember the Tesla Founders sued Elon for they blamed him of taking unprecedented control of the company? I agree that both are rude but also that both are not good people in general. A capitalist mentality will always be classist because capitalism is formed on the idea of different economic classes. This is the very reason that pushed Marks to create a communist society where the money is distributed equally and people wont be divided on financial capabilities. This whoever failed and with China and Russia becoming more capitalist, a pure communist structure was and will never be tested.

Now Elon didn’t make Falcon 9 rocket. Its not clear how many scientists are involved because SpaceX doesn’t like to give credits, they would rather pay huge salary. We only know that the Falcon 9 uses the Merlin engine that was designed by Tom Mueller. Merlin engine is something that Elon invested money into. If we are giving credits for inventions to people who invested money then a huge credit should also go to NASA because without NASA funding the SpaceX for the development of Falcon, it would have taken a long long time. P.S. Elon is not an engineer.

If businesses were to give out equity on the basis of knowledge and presentation skills then LIC wouldn't have 2.98% stake in reliance capital it would have gone to one of reliance's oldest most experienced and qualified employees. LIC has that much stake because it *bought* it from reliance, must have paid lakhs and crores of rupees.
Secondly, even sharks on shark tank *purchase* equity from entrepreneur, no shark will say as I have more knowledge and better presentation skills than you of your business give me equity for free, no shark has the financial or legal right to say or do that.
Ashneer himself wouldn't ever give even a percent of his business's stake to anyone on such basis. No shark would.

For those people who haven't watched shark tank shows of foreign countries. This show isn't only to give money and loans . But it's also to make people aware about business . To give way , a clear path and a guidence to the upcoming businesses and entrepreneurs. So when he scolds someone . He's actually making them aware about how bad theire business . Because it's better to correct your mistake at the earliest than to invest more money in your business which ultimately is going to collapse. And he is there to give money. And that too not in thousands but in lakhs . I personally like his approach. And we aren't watching any dance or singing show to see those crying judges with teary eyes . Getting sympathized .
