It was Ashneer only who saved season 1 from being a melodrama like other reality shows. His punchlines, one liners, clear cut talks were like the soul of the show.
No one can replace him!!🙁
I feel we shouldn’t compare shark tank with a reality show & web series and expect some kind of masala / fun out of it.

Ashneer himself said judges in Shark Tank wanted to be famous. Ashneer wanted to be famous in a different level and rudeness gave him that fame. He knows that we humans enjoy other people's fights and humiliation. And he did only that

If that person made it to the next level then Ashneer should listen his idea, by the way no one is forcing him to invest. He can find nooks and can tell after seeing their pitch.

Ashneer is not in the second season of shark tank because now, he is not holding a post in any of the startups that he founded. Whereas to be a shark, one has to have a post in his/her compay.
This is the sole reason of him not being in shark tank, rest all are fallacious.

People of his acumen can inform the contestants that for their product and service

-No value prop to customer
-Product/Service is easily replaceable
-Product life cycle is small and etc
Constructive feedback is much better than criticism.
The new age entrepreneurs must be already going through a lot.
Getting ridiculed by someone from same Eco system is the last thing they want.
We do remember him for the way he ridicule the contestants than how he selects a business to invest which itself explains everything. We are clueless about his investments and how those businesses are performing now.
Let’s not normalise these statements “ He is straightforward “He is practical” etc.
Because we are the same ones who cry if our manager use such kind of blunt language on our face😂.

Though you make a valid point about constructive criticism, i don't agree with the statement that everyone cries if our manager made statements as such. Not everyone is perturbed by such comments and there is a considerable amount of people who are confident about their skill sets and back themselves and don't get affected by such comments. So to just make such a general statement is not right.
The Grover family and their relatives engaged in extensive misappropriation of company funds, including, but not limited to, creating fake vendors through which they siphoned money away from the company’s account and grossly abused company expense accounts in order to enrich themselves and fund their lavish lifestyles.
Minutes after Ashneer Grover received notice that some of the results of the inquiry would be presented to the Board, he quickly shirked responsibility by sending an email to the Board submitting his resignation and fabricating another false narrative of the events to the public. The company had taken strong objection to Grover spinning lies and hurling baseless allegations and threats.
He is a fraud but people say he's honest lol.... It's not honesty , it's being rude to people who r lower than him.
During this phase he created an irreparable PR damage to Bharatpe which propelled employees to leave. Now he is saying there is no Bharatpe without him.
Atleast I have never seen such kind of leader before.

It was really fun for us watching ashneer being so straightforward. Feedback is important ,u should give a constructive criticism to the people who pitch. But ashneer discouraged few business oriented mindsets terribly saying u r nothing or unfit for business. I believe it's not cool to talk straight on face, it requires talent to talk diplomatic and give a constructive criticism which peyush does.

Without his criticism, the questions he used to ask and the reactions of entrepreneurs to his agressive presence was the most insightful aspect in the show. It displayed a lot of character on the entrepreneur's part. His views were what I always looked forward to during every pitch. And seriously I'm not talking about his one liners and angry outburts. I wasn't a fan of how he roasted some of the entrepreneurs but simply how genuinely honest he was. Even Aman Gupta once said Ashneer bhai offer de dete hain to apne se fomo ho jata hai. Ashneer and Anupam are the best sharks they could've hoped for and that's what made the show.
