You can use sjcam if it supports hdmi out or av out. No you can't connect it directly because most vtx ( if using analog) only accept analog video signal so that's why the converter is required to convert digital video signal from GoPro to analog for vtx to accept and transmit to video receiver.
Usb sends the audio, i tested it whith obs on PC. So only an other app is required... Also dont Use the 5v wire, use the ground wire. 5v can damage the headphone Jack, if you connect it to the mobile. But if you only Use it for headphones it is mostly fine,But i always prefer use ground and Signal to a Mini pre-amp. But i dont need it...
@@giorgiolelmi8175 audio is a signal and any kind of signal is paired with ground not vcc. do you think you have 5v running through your headphone cable? no it has left right and ground
Do audio works, if You disconnect receiver from phone and only power it from powerbank etc.?
Did you connect the video signal cable (yellow) to the left (plug) and connect the positive cable (red) to the right (plug)?
My FC only have 5 v for kamera. While mini mic need min 6 v

I used a headphone port from a old mobile phone. You could look for a 3.5mm headphone port
