Last year I was learning flowers and I was addicted. But I needed a filler for my bouquet. I saw this creation it is so handy and fast. But also this chain can be the basis for a lilac! I could barely keep back the joy because it is my mother's most favorite flower. Just make the chain as directed then stack the little flowers a top each other! Different shades of purple make a great decoration! Only thing is I'm trying to get creative enough to make a lilac bush lol.
That is soo cool‼️. I want to make a bunting for spring out of triangle granny squares and I could attach them between the flowers....so pretty. Thanks again Laura, you clever girl you👋🏿👋🏿
Im going to try this with thicker yarn to make a table cover or something! I want to make the small ones to put on a dress for my granddaughter! So cute!
Lovely! I'm going see if I can manage making a long chain using thread for a bracelet and can wrap a few times around my wrist! You made it easy enough to follow, as usual! Thanks for sharing💜💜💜
This is very sweet thank you i plan to use it to join my stained glass mandala type peggy squares together i am making for the car seat pad for under my bum , its very beautiful and shall use again on a multi flower type blanket i am planning, so the car seat is a practice run lol thank you for tutorial 🌹🥰
Thanks. I will try this today. I just finished a Mandala Madness and need to make some small things for awhile. I just made my husband some slippers and socks and hats.
I have an inkling to make a shawl from flower chains like this. Do you have any tips? (Or maybe you feel like making a video tutorial of that very thing?! 😉)
Maybe it's my yarn but when I make the second flower and any subsequent flowers they aren't forming a neat flower. I need to keep practicing but still.
Yeah. If you're new to crochet, I'd recommend you doing what Laura has shown in the video and stitching it to the edge of your baby blanket. There is another way, but it's hard to write it out here for a beginner without confusing you. Good luck!

This is so easy and beautiful! Is it possible to do the chain with multiple colours without too many knots?
Do you think there is a way to turn this into a blanket?
Brilliant!
Very pretty for using as trim. I might also use this in a springtime wreath.
What size crochet hook did you use for the flowers?
What kind of yarn did you use? It's beautiful😍

Is there any possible way to make this into a baby blanket border? I'm new, don't laugh, lol

When you do the slip stitch you could go through the blanket also. Or you could make the chain and slip stitch to the blanket.
