Ok, you’re making me want to make another sour dough starter!
I hope you answer this, how bad is your acid reflux on this kinda diet? I’d have to offset with so much citrus, clay or enzymes. Looks incredibly delicious and nutritious yet I can’t imagine what my reflux would do with so much fat.
We don’t have any acid reflux 🤎 I’m sorry yours is so bad! Sounds like maybe your gallbladder isn’t digesting fats properly.

Yes, he can tolerate milk and other dairy totally fine now! Just took a couple rounds of the GAPS diet :)

How do the potaotes not sprout
Whenever I buy potatoes they always turn green and sprout in a matter of days
I put potatoes in a cellar, where is cold and dark and they are fine, from time to time some are starting to turn green, so I always pick those for a meal first.
Make sure you keep them away from the onions.
Out of curiosity, does the ancestral/gaps diet not allow for fruits and veggies? Obviously y'all eat lots of potatoes and carrots but that's what I mainly see. Not much else.
They do allow for some vegetables (cooked veg is best) and most fruits. But we eat with the seasons, so we aren’t eating much fresh fruit right now because it’s the middle of winter. We are eating meat plus what we have stored in the larder.
