thank you so much for all your work and share. You really help me and inspire me. I would be interested to see a video of your fermented diary and veggies organisation... do you have any routine to always have it on hand ?
Love these types of videos! Would love to see some on what you eat in a week for breakfast or lunch as well, or maybe even a week of healthy snacks. My family does not mine soup in any form so I am really struggling with what to make most nights.
I’m going into GAPS Intro starting Sunday and have been filling up on loads of information. Your videos have answered a TON of questions I had! The only thing I can’t seem to find is: can I continue my daily raw maca root powder supplements while on the GAPS Intro diet, or does that get introduced later on?
Id LOVE to see a video on how you meal prepped for postpartum. We eat a weston a price diet at our house, too! But.... I do all of the cooking and preparing. My husband cant cook to save his life. I cant see him cooking food like this, or anything close to this, when I'm in recovery mode. Any tips??? How would you prep this for the freezer??? I'm almost 8 months, and need to start thinking about meal prep for proper postpartum nourishment and healing. Thanks!
Great idea, I'll do that, thank you! In the meantime, I did make and freeze a lot of these similar meals ahead of time. Lots of soups and stews and casserole type dishes. Congrats!
Thank you for this video! When you request a half a cow are you specific about what parts of the cow you want? If so, what do you request? I found a good organic farm but I’m really not sure how to start. I would like to purchase in this way bc I have found that organic grass fed is quite pricey in grocery stores. Also do you have any pork recipes that you recommend?
Great questions! Yes, you get a better deal when you buy in bulk. When you buy a whole or half or quarter, you get all the cuts contained in that section. Some parts are optional, like organs and fat. I always ask for them all :) I haven't bought a lot of pork, but I will do more! For now I have this sausage recipe: ruclips.net/video/HZ_4dS0QAT8/видео.html
Great question! We usually eat the same things for breakfast, and currently we're eating bacon, scrambled eggs, and sautéed onions and zucchini with a side of sauerkraut :)
Just curious if its okay to cook in a crockpot or insta pot instead? Is there a benefit to cooking in the oven instead. Very new to GAPS. Thanks for the awesome videos.
A crockpot or a pot on the stove is great, too! The oven is easiest for me, so that's why I do it. But do what works for you! Dr. Natasha doesn't recommend pressure cooking, but you could use the slow cooker setting on the Instant Pot :) Thank you!
Hi! I like your videos very much, thank you for making me feeling less alone. I am sorry for my bad English, I'm from Switzerland but I must adapt as very few know the diet (at least nobody publish about it) in my country. I am so admirative of you, and I must say your children are lucky to have a mother who care so well. I personally have difficulties with planning the diet and learning to cook. Can I ask you:
(problem with typing): do you make chicken broth as well ? which kind of pot do you recommend buying ? 10 Liters? 14 Liters? and what do you do with your kefir when you have too much?
Great questions! Yes, I make chicken stock, and use a big stainless steel pot. Any large steel pot will work. Mine is probably about 8 quarts. We never have too much kefir actually, because we all drink it :) Smoothies are a great way to use it up!
This isn't for the GAPS diet specifically, but I love looking at videos of how they cook organ meats in foreign countries, just to get ideas. Almost every country has something interesting - 'assorted meats' is what they call it in Africa, for instance.
Great question! I like to add it at the end so that it's more powerful and retains a lot of its therapeutic properties that would otherwise be lost from the long cooking time :)

Thank you. I would appreciate more 'what you eat in a week' videos as it helps to see the how and what we can do on the GAPs diet (or the like).
Will do! Thanks :)

Good for you!! No, Maca is too starchy for GAPS. Hope that helps!

I love oxtails! And beef shanks. Those tendons becomes gelatinous and so rich with collagen!

@@BumblebeeApothecary Thank you very much for your answers :)
do you have a video about your pans? they look cast iron. I really want some but don't have any!
Great idea! I don't have a video yet, but I'll do that :) They are cast iron - love them!
How many times can you re-use the bones to make stock?….bones are expensive…..even on azure😮
Is raw goats milk allowed on any of the stages of the GAPS diet?
Cultured raw goats milk is allowed! Some people do better with that instead of cultured cows milk.
WHAT BRAND OF CAST IRON DO YOU USE?
Mine are Lodge brand. I have links to them in the description box of this video: ruclips.net/video/m3d5aUg6EnQ/видео.html

You guys must be so healthy
I notice you always add the garlic right before serving......is there a reason why you don’t add with the onion and other veggies? ~Charlotte
Great question! I like to add it at the end so that it's more powerful and retains a lot of its therapeutic properties that would otherwise be lost from the long cooking time :)
Why the oven vs stovetop?
It's just easier for me when it cooks all day, and seems like a more even, gentle heat source :)
I wouldn't recommend anyone doing mushrooms if they have candida
Thanks for sharing! Dr. Becky Plotner says mushrooms are actually helpful against candida. They are also great sources of vitamin D :)
@@BumblebeeApothecary I will research into that more. Thank you.
Why do you have Weston A Price in the title but then talk about GAPS?
Thats misleading.
