I've been thinking of it as a first stage leadership interview, but it could be used for any of the stages. It's a good idea completing the first Mock Interview and then practicing with this one further.
I know I have responded here before, RUclips keeps having glitches when it comes to comments. What I said was that it's completely normal not wanting that extra pressure of being a manager, especially when it comes to highly political companies or environment. I feel the same way you do!
I actually haven't practiced with this video before. Some questions are difficult but they calm me down before my next interview. Loved "what makes you a good manager" question. It's better than second and third interview video I think
