The way you explain STAR stories gave me confidence to say what they wanted to hear. I got a call saying that GO TO THE FINAL ROUND. I can't thank you enough!!!

Just wanted to let you know, I watched every single one of your interview videos, did everything you said from practicing, preparing the outfit beforehand, talking to people on my way into the interview and asking the question! I had the interview last week and by the end of the day they requested I come in for a second interview. Second interview is tomorrow, I reworked some of my answers and have been practicing. Wish me luck!
Really good advice! I recently went through recruiting and interviewing so this is all fresh to me. The STAR method works so well. I love behavioral questions now because of this method. Best to prepare about different stories to have something for almost any possible question.
When HR ask these questions sometimes they don’t even care about the answer itself. Especially when the HR person that is asking the question is not familiar with technical aspects of your response. When you are working with complex tech no amount of explaining how you resolved an issue is going to sound good. I have seen this happen many times where people asked how I resolved a certain issue and get lost in the weeds themselves with a response about an issue that may have been confidential information to even talk about.
Right now I am actually addicted to your videos cheers to you Marat! I’ve applied to a few jobs this week. I hope I am able to use all of my learnings from your educative videos once I get to do my interviews!
Prepare well and research the job and company before you go in - that will always help you in an interview - it shows you are intelligent and have afforded the organisation your time and commitment before you have even landed the job. And practice your English language skills. Employers want the best person for the job and you need to show them that can be you.

I like what you said about creating stories with a simple formula, because just think of stories isn’t easy. I also watched your weaknesses video and mine is public speaking because I can show action by my taking part in mutual improvement practice classes to get better.
