If you knew anything about how this kind of thing works, you’d know the camera man, sound guy, and producers aren’t allowed to say a damn thing to anyone that could sway how things go. I’ve even seen instances of a crew continuing to film like normally when someone got hurt.
I’ve only ever seen the crew step in, on ANY show, maybe 2 or 3 times and they were all very serious incidents that involved serious injury or illness.
Cassie C the producer's always intervene and egg stuff on, that's where most of the drama comes from in reality shows. They manipulate everything, the camera man isn't supposed to intervene, but the producers definitely do. The more drama means higher ratings.
