    Very helpful video brother. Because of this video I may get the M3 instead of the Maverick. The gun isn’t as complicated as I thought it was really and I’m sure your video has helped many others not only in making their decision on which gun to get but also helped them make repairs. Thank you.

      That was the whole intention of the video 😉 showing that it’s not such a complicated gun to take apart and fix some easy stuff , it more difficult to tune it correctly then to take it apart 🤣

    Great video, my mk3 has just stopped working today ,I think it's a damaged seal as I pushed the cocking arm forward and it was a bit tight then when I pulled the trigger it just clicked like it had run out of air but as soon as I moved the cocking lever again air spat out of the rear near the pellet probe hopefully this will let me inspect the gun to see where the problem lies, its nice to know I'm not going to cause any further damage.

    That was great! Subscribed! I had no idea how the air got through the gun or where the components were. I was stunned. If you are looking for videos ideas....I'd love to see perhaps a color coded video showing the flow of air from the main tank through the system changing colors as the pressure is reduced and perhaps helping us newbies understand tuning and the affect of moving the controls with special attention paid to the hammer and how pressure and springs affect it. Well done video!

      @@Airbuks
      I prolly didn't explain myself as well as I could have. I see the air in the pressure tank as the darkest red. The air coming out the barrel the coolest. I'm imagining a stylized video showing the trigger pull and how the air is dealt with until the projectile leaves the barrel. My point is ... I can Monkey See Monkey Do what everybody tells me to do while tuning my Impact but I'd really like to see a schematic of the air flow and the balance between the air and the hammer.
      You are right. I know way more today than yesterday!
      Your video was the best of all the videos for me so far. Helped a ton.
      For example, I didn't know the trigger was like a sear in a conventional gun. I come from the air cannon side of pneumatics. I simply expected or assumed the air gun was fired simply by a release of air on one side of a piston causing a very fast and immediate release of air like they do in our air cannons. We call it a quick acting dump valve. Thanks for your comment.

  • @andyvan5692
    @andyvan5692 11 месяцев назад

    one observation, in the dynamic/Panthera video, you wonder what the top air port is for; THIS is it, the vernier regulator adjuster at 9:07 it is obviously an "upgrade" path for more easy access to the adjuster, or for fine work, the 'ball park' is obtained by the allen screw, and the vernier does the fine work. in those air rifles it is obviously NOT a standard part of the package, but can be requested later on.

    Hello , i moved the macrowheel while the gun was cocked . It is in the manual to never do that but i accidental dit it . i turned the wheel from 1 to 16 while the gun was cocked. Everything seems to be still working . Witch problems schould i look for . A bit worried now . thanks in advice you for your help .

    • @Airbuks
      @Airbuks  2 года назад

      Yes it’s not so good to do that . Now don’t worry if you have done it once, everything is probably oke .
      The macro wheel is key part of the tuning and has a adjustment screw pushing against it when you cock it . This screw could damage the cam on the back of the wheel . Then there is the other internal part when you impact is cocked , going down in settings is less of a problem but increasing the power settings will increase tensioning on the spring and sear while it’s already under tensioning and could also damage the internal cocking mechanism

    That's brother. 👍
    Do you think the Impact is way more complicated than other rifles (such as the Edgun) ? Does it stay in tune. Does it have more problems?
    A video on this would be fantastic.

    • @Airbuks
      @Airbuks  3 года назад +2

      I think the Impact is one of the most complicated and advanced air rifle on the market at the moment. But with some patience and and good guidance it’s very good doable the maintain it without the need of a gunsmith.
      I don’t really want to compare the Edgun’s and the FXs both are very different , both are extremely well engineered. I owned both and if I would go to war I would take the EDgun if I want to win a competition it take my FX 😉

    Ziet er goed uit maar waarom zou je hem uit elkaar halen

    • @Airbuks

      Ik ken graag mijn wapens van binnen en van buiten . Het helpt me ook een probleem te determineren als mensen me contacteren met een probleem.
      Ook helpt het sommige mensen om hun wapen te repareren met een guide en de drempel te over winnen omdat sommige het niet durven zelf te doen .
      Dus genoeg redenen waarom ik dit doe 😉
