Great video I've been thinking about building an M3 from my older model Impact 2. So I contacted FX and they said I could do it. I have the older 53cc Power Plenum that I put in about a year ago. But I still want more power to shoot slug's faster. So if by mid Jan. early Feb. 22 I'm going to order the bigger plenum the 720.
Hi my new m3 sniper when the barrel is all the way seated in place has a slight give which of course stops when tight the grab screw. Maybe the stop pin is smaller in the back hope doesn't present a problem 🙂
Hi , it shouldn’t be a problem. It’s possible the not the pin but the groove in the copper part is to big 🤔 these blocks are machined and they use the same size pins on all guns and a smaller or bigger one won’t fit the predrilled hole

The tiny bit of silver not going into the block isn’t a problem, I have one barrel that is also like that , I don’t know why . But a tip is to put your magazine in slide your barrel in and tighten it like that , this way you always have the perfect fit/depth between the magazine and the barrel

If with different barrel the problem still exists then the pin is the problem , but that is very unlikely ! But if it should be for a reason the pin I would return the impact for a swap , not that it will affect accuracy but for 2k it should be made like it’s intended 😉 But as I said try a different barrel and see if you still have the same problem

Definitely a oring failure, even not so old noes can fail at any time, that’s sadly enough the nature of orings It can be 1 of 4 orings then . If it leaks on the edge of the plenum then it would be the big one inside in front of the threads. If it leaks between the connection front and back part , it can be the 2 outside once or the once that seal on the valve rod .
Hi mate hope all good with you, So I've had my M3 nearly 18 months now and it's developed a it's first leak it's leaking from the 2nd regulator screw where you adjust it I went to turn it up a bit then the air started to come out so thinking it's the Oring been looking for videos on it but couldn't find any is this a quick and easy fix ? Thank you..
Hi mate , all good here 👍 thx First leak after 18m that’s not bad 😉 It is a easy fix , degass the entire system and take out that adjustment screw . You will find 2 orings on that screw . 99% sure one of them gave out

@@simoncoher4841 yes offcours you can remove the trigger guard for easier access. You might find that it’s difficult without removing the trigger but if you just need to remove the adjustment screw you can leave it in place if you don’t want to remove the trigger
Great I try to remove the screw just by taking trigger guard of first and go from there, As my trigger is set up perfect for me don't want to mess with it if I don't have to. Thanks again much appreciated..

Hi sir , I am afraid to disappoint you as the M3 is the first impact edition that has got some updates that are not possible to be added to the MKII . The 720 powerplenum is something that will be available soon for the impact mkii

@@tkielek24 I understand the confusion, the power plenum is upgradable. The other things you know from Ernest are just little things . Indeed you can swap the powerwheel to the one with the 16 clicks but you can upgrade to the quick tune system , you can’t upgrade to ambidextrous cocking Handel but you can use the short trow lever , you can’t upgrade to the 1 regulator bottle setup but you can use the bottle with th new valve on the mkii but that doesn’t bring any changes . So as you see you can do some things partially but only the plenum is the item that can be completely upgrade ( as far as I know at the moment 😉 )

Hi there , I think you got the regulator numbers mixed up 😉 1st reg is the one in the bottle adapter and the second one is the one behind the trigger . My guess without seeing your M3 is that you are over powering the second regulator pressure with to much hammerspring . Tell me what is your barrel length?

Tip ... Always turn the screw/bolt counterclockwise slowly until it clicks then clockwise and it will never cross thread.

Is it possible to get a valve housing from the MK2 and replace the M3 valve so it's more of the fine adjustability of the MK2 valve adjustment?
Can you share with us what torque is required for tightening screws (all screws)?
There is no specific specifications on that I do it by feel 😉

What is that lubricant?
It’s a lube from Huma air that is specially designed to be used for airguns and is very oring friendly
