Been trying to get a clean one for like 2 years, watched this and got one 11th try
Wow that's a long journey, me as 5 year of skateboarding experience, never done 3flip yet
My Last me as 7 years of skateboarding I still have never landed it
This makes me feel better. I feel like I’ve been trying forever 😭
11th first try baby!
You mean, “first try part 11”
Me: "Ride your board everywhere", that's what he said.
Cop: Who is this San Francisco guy and how does this explain you being out of quarentine?
Me: I'm getting to that!
Lol

Don't need a camera. Every time I try tre-flip my whole life is replayed in slow-mo as my head hits the concrete

360flip is the funnest trick ever and looks cool once you get it.
It’s my go-to show off trick 😂👍🏼
@@Idfkleavemealone420 Same but Nollie tre's are much more consistent for me and i love it when people are like "was that fakie?" "Nah bro, Nollie."
i bet I just get it lol
Lol funny but painful
How long did it take you to land it? Did u skate everyday? And how long?
38 years old here, taking advantage of somewhat youthful appearance while I still have it, and trying skating again for the first time in literally decades. Really appreciate the slow mos especially and emphasis on weighting and timing, been skating again for just hours and have already nailed a few shuvits, close to an ollie. Thanks man
Me: Can’t do an Ollie. Braille: Says 360 flip is easy
Hillbenny Blatt it’s all about the step 2 bro😂
He said the _easiest_ way, not the easy way. There is no easy way.
Ollie is very easy
Dude you just gotta commit to the ollie
And he said you should can ollie , shuvit , kickflip all the Basics and THEN you do treflip
Last night, every time I tried to do a tre flip my front foot went straight to the ground while my back foot caught it. I noticed if you try to kickflip a bit you can get your front foot closer to the board. Tonight I landed my first tre flip, really really clean. So happy
I'm 15 and today I tried tre flips for an hour straight and kept having the same problem I landed it once and fell off but I still haven't got it fully but I hope I get it tomorrow
congrats

Aaron Kyro is that textbook geek from highschool who obsessed with Skating and computers but yet couldn't ride a bike, play any sport or swim etc. "Fully sick dudee" is his main line

Let’s be real
We all came here to see Aaron say the intro
I definitely did
No
I came here because I want to learn 360 Flip 😶
hahah yea xD
yea...
I actually just landed one recently. What really helped me was doing those quick little shuvits. This practices the scoop Aaron is talking about.
"Watch this back foot in super slow motion, he's gonna pop down and push ba" !AD!
me watching this: 'woah next time I skate I'm going to land a huge tre!'
me skating: 'oh ffs'
No joke....was planning on trying these tomorrow. Wish me luck. Really appreciate the video 🛹🤙
You got it bro, I just started landing them 2 days ago
Me to i planning on doing it tommorow
Did you get it?

Did you get it???
Love your channel! Skated for about 12 years when I was younger and because of your channel I just got my first board yesterday in 20 years. I am 43 so a lot has changed since I did this but I am excited to get back into it. Look forward to learning more from your channel and thanks for getting me back into this.
Aaron you are seriously the best skate teacher on RUclips. When you explain it it actually makes sense and clicks. You are the reason I kept on skating and could actually learn tricks I thought I would never get. Thank you Aaron!! You are the best, keep skating and stay safe🛹
I requested more slomo shots some time ago! So happy to see u doin some now. Hoping to see more slomo in the future! :)
Good call, we are updating them all. Oooh I rhymed!
Hey Aaron thanks a lot man. I've landed like 10-15 Tre Flips in my life. Appreciate the pro tips. Will definitely get them on lock after continuous persistence. Gonna go out tomorrow and try.
I just wanna give a huge shoutout to Braille skateboarding I skated for about one year in my teens and never landed a 3 flip. Watching all these vids has given me a huge sudden urge to just wanna skate. So 10 years later I grabbed my old board out of my attic skated for about 10 mins and landed a 3 flip! I really appreciate all of these videos and Aaron himself I picked back up a piece of art I gave up a long time ago and couldn’t be anymore stoked!
That slo-mo is incredible! In real-time, its always sooo hard to tell what the feet are doing, so you basically *have* to take the person's word for it. Love the slo-mo- totally awesome.
THANK YOU I NEEDED A UPDATED VERSION!!!
I'd love some camera angles from the skater perspective looking down since that's what I'm seeing when I attempt the trick.
Good suggestion
You’re so rad Aaron. Really glad I found your vids. After a 20 year hiatus I went to the local shop yesterday and put together a complete since I live right next to a skatepark in Santa Rosa. My daughters encouraged me and got to see my first kickflip and 10 foot rail slide since before they were born. So much fun like it was just yesterday! Really appreciate your non-intimidating and down to earth teaching style. So helpful. You’re doing great work brother.👌🏼
Thank you Aaron and thank you Braille skateboarding, you guys are amazing people and i am incredibly grateful to be able to learn from you every step of the way, you guys are helping us all with what were passionate about and thats more valuable then gold llve you guys at Braille
I’ve been needing a new one of these videos 😂😂

Hope it helped you
Tre flips are my favorite trick along with half cab heels. They’re easy once you understand how it flips
It’s so dope he gave Johnny the title of one of the greatest flat ground skaters. I love Johnny and his content. Along with the Braille familayy and Aaron’s videos. I forgot how much I loved skateboarding until I got back into it. These people are why too. I wanted a board for the last year in a half and finally got one last month. And because the Braille channel and Johnny I’ve learned how to Pop shuv. 180 FS/BS, and kickflip. Working on my heelflip but I’m struggling with them but haven’t gave enough dedication to learning it yet.
just as I was about to search for a video to teach me! thanks Aaron
I just landed my first after a a few months because I watched the first tutorial this morning and you guys are really lucky because this would’ve really helped earlier
Imagine learning to skate in 1998 like i did. No tutorial videos and no youtube. Just VHS skate videos and a love of skating.
To anyone out there that can’t seem to get this trick down, Just keep throwing them! It took me almost 10 years to land but once I unlocked it by next week I had fakey 540 bigger flips
It just took me a month
OverLoadNToast Games me first try. Got em on lock ever since
@@patrickkaman3647 me too first try, upside down one handed tre flip, got them on lock too ever since
thanks for your advice aaron, thanks to your explanatory videos improve my way of skating skate. especially the 360 flip. a great contribution to the sport your classes aaron. your audiovisual material is appreciated
Literally landed my first 360 flip today because of this video - thanks so much Aaron!! You're a legend
It’s all in the scoop. Like 90% of a tre is scoop. Eventually you’ll be able to do them without flicking at all. I can no comply them :) happy tricking
Brandon Bisarek clip?
Fatnerd 21 why does it matter lmao
He's right. Every single skater will tell you this. The flick is almost non-existent.
Dylan Hayes I just wanna see the style he has and the no comply 360 flip they look pretty cool. (My opinion)
@@stiff2077 my dad laughed at me when I told him this saying "you still pressure flip?".Hes right tho it looks better and you can pop higher without the flick
Who else is watching this even thought they only know 5 tricks
JD Mathys diko musaba
i only can do ollie and 180 lol
kinda disappointed in myself
my first year skating and im stuck on fake big spin and varial....why am i watching 360 flip lol?
Not even that lol
@@Antweezy you can do a tre flip. Might take you a bit longer, each of the tricks leading up to Tre Flip in SMS is teaching you all the actions and body movements. If you try to learn tre flip it may take longer than someone who has learnt the tricks like pop shuv and kickflip, but like aaron said, its all in the scoop and you could just learn the scoop and bam youve got it.
Great video man , will go out and practice this trick more , especially trying to get the scoop
Make another kick flip tutorial I have been skating for a month and I can’t show how much appreciation I have toward you guys keep up the great work
Learned varials in an hr. 360 flip has evaded me for years.
I landed one Varial Kickflip about 6 months ago. I hate it. Yesterday I tried Treflip first time and I landed two in 30 tries.
I have both down just very inconsistently
so true
U should do a series of Arron kyro making a old “school” tutorial videos like the old times
Why did you put “school” in quotation marks but not “old”?
Hi braille skateboarding i hope your safe and thx for this vid i really needed it :)
This is very helpful! Thank you very much Aaron
no one:
Aaron: my name is Aaron Kyro im a sponsored skateboarder from the San Francisco bay area
Nobody:
Aaron: SCOOOOOP
Wrong. We all know its in the scoop...
Dude this video made it super easy! Stopped one out in like 20 minutes. I'm just getting back into skating after a 12 year hiatus and your channel has helped out alot thanks for what you are doing man its awesome man
This helped me get my treflips more consistent. I appreciate it, thank you!
Biggest tip: Lean back.
Why
If you don’t then you’ll probably end up landing in front of your board instead of on it. It helps keep it under you
Yup. Leaning back was my biggest problem. Had the scoop down and everything just kept landing a little further forward, started leaning a little bit back and now I stick them clean.
How to do a 360 flip:
First step: stand on your Skateboard
Second step: Do a 360 flip
😂👍
So true
@@logandishner2974 yep😂
You forgot steps 3 and 4. Land and roll away.
How do you stand “in” your skateboard? Is that the secret to tre flip? That’s deep
@@alexgagon5959 oh... Sorry😅😅 i didn't See that
And i am from germany😅😂😂👌
Please do more! Great job covering the minor details that many overlook. Thanks for putting this together
Mr. Kyro, Thank You so much. Those videos You make are just Brilliant.
Not many people even think about physics when it comes to mastering a trick but it's the only key to it. Aaron Kyro is the only one who made me wanna read Physics course on dynamics (kinematics and kinetics) again.
My friends and I made up this game called rip stick soccer. You guys should do it but on skateboards. You can use any kind of ball. hit it with your hand or board and just make up goals
every time I don’t try and land it, I catch it with my front foot. When I try and land it, the board lands upside down.

Thanks Aaron , this really helped!👍🤙✌️🤟
I’ve needed this video forever and I get the day after I finally learn 360 flips..how ever great video :)
I was literally just watching videos of how to learn this
Aaron: “Learn the basic tricks.”
Me: “I can land almost all my shuvits, and most my ollies! I mean, I can’t do them moving, but I can do moving mannys! My kick flips are kinda eh too though..but tre flips!”
Bro we are same 😂
You guys and revive motivated me to start skateboarding and ever since it feels like one of the best things I've ever done thank you guys so much !!!
Sick vid! I like the super slow mo clips!!
Yes I almost landed one but I lost my balance so I stepped iff
Emmanuel Diaz iff?
That’s ruff
I meant off not iff sorry
Emmanuel Diaz i got it it was for the joke XD sorry
Update: I finally landed my first tre flip today
Been wanting to learn 360 flips guess this is a sign
I know Aaron just put this video out, but I'll be releasing a how to 360 flip video this week an extremely detailed guide if you need a second opinion
SkateSimple When you bringing it out bro?
@@domevans8936 I injured my foot a week ago and it's almost healed! Tomorrow I'm gonna go tough it out and record it :)
Lovely mathematical explanation. I've been trying to learn this trick since the H Street days. Seeing this definitely gives me the inspiration to try them again. 😁
Thanks just did it again for the first time in 3 years! Trying to get much better this quarantine
Me:man I can’t kickflip maybe I should learn tre flip first
Aaron: now for this trick make sure you have GREAT kickflips
Me: 😐
Don’t worry about it! He says this because knowing more tricks mean more board control and with that you can learn tricks easier. As long as you can pop shove and try understanding the tre flip you’ll get it!
Yes, i can only ollie, but for me the tre flip motion is easy and can get it 9/10 times, just have to land on it
Great now I can can kick flip body variable but not kickflip someone help
I still can’t tre flip
It is definitely my lack of skill
Mood
lack of persistence*
Doom Slayer
Nope definitely lack of skill
Doom Slayer i put hours of blood sweat and tears into tre flips. i still can’t land them
Watching you do all those trick was so satisfying
Im skating since 87. When modern street skating evolved in the late 80s and early nintees, we all wanted to be like Matt Hensley. His way of treflips were incredible. I tried and tried and learned it. But somehow i unlearned it again. Now after watching this and Johnny Gigers Clip i remembered how it works. Thanks a lot for your effort to help us.
:-)))
Who’s Recording the videos??
Jk lol but what about the other videos where you’re doing tricks
I would rather do it like you. You make it look effortless man! Wicked!
Thanks for making allot of tutorials they help me allot with my skating
Yess!! I needed this!!
I haven’t tried to skateboard for like 20 years but I was able to land a variable flip after watching this video. Still working on the 360.
I've been requesting super slow motion trick clips since you guys started skating at that parking lot by some warehouse. Glad to see you guys are finally doing it!
thank you for helping me learn all of my skateboard tricks
We needed this video tutorial so much!!
Kyro you're the best. I need a board. Lol but I'm a blader. I watch ask your videos and they're all awesome. Thank you for giving such great content.

Thanks Aaron thus video really helps me
Thank you very much, Aaron, for this tutorial! Amazing explanation! Hope to land Treflip very soon!
U have helped me with a lot with skateboarding. Thx bro
Awesome tutorial, thank you Kyro!
aaron u have inspired me to get into skatboarding again and within three days of skateboarding i have already been able to do ollies and almost a switch
Now I finally know how to treflip:) Big thanks to you I will try it tomorrow!
Thank you Aaron. I’ve been learning new tricks every day in quarantine. Varial flips came easy, but tre flips always end up at 360 shuvs for me. Gonna keep working in these today, with your tips.
Nice Aaron keep making the same trick videos I find watching all the remade ones help me even more
Seriously loved this video, I’ve dabbled with the trick here and there, never really worked on it. I watch the video and I learned it within the hour, still gotta clean it up but thank you so much!!! Definitely be back for me.
I'm 29 and I think I'm going to go back to the basics lol never really had someone to learn from when I was younger. Great videos
Can we please have a tutorial on how to be a sponsored skateboarder from the San Fransisco Bay Area
Amazing I grew up with Tony hawk tutorials and I am relearning my tricks with you guys thank you.
Man, Giger is by far my favorite skater. :) Thanks Aaron, I'm aiming to get my switch tre down better and this helped me remember to focus more on the scoop than getting the leaning down. Regular tre I have had for so many years I forgot the journey it took to get them down like I have lol.
😭 I needed this thank you 🙏
great video i love the slow mo and i really like how you talk about putting your weight on the back a little so the board ends up in front and not behind you. thank you!
I needed this!!! Thanks man!! Thumbs up been tryna tre flip since 12 years old I’m now 29 and after 12 years just getting back in to skating.. it’s cool after 12 years I’ll always still have a kick flip like i never left. I hope to one day have tres like that
Great videos bro. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Johnny Giger does the sickest Tre flip.
You da man Aaron!
Wow this super slow Motion looks so incredibly cool!
Sick ren & stimpy grip🔥🔥🔥🔥
Honestly. Aaron is really articulate. Great teacher.
I picked up a skateboard for the first time in 6 years from watching your videos, thank you I forgot how much fun I have while skating
Thank you soooo much Aaron!! Please, do more super slow motion tricks videos!! ❤️❤️
Been practicing treflips for a few months now, i have the scoop and rotation part clean, but i keep landing with my back foot on the front bolts, i definitely have to try that backseat position tip !
Thanks Aaron Kyro, sponsored skateboarder from the San Francisco Bay Area
Watched you other 360 flip videos and a bunch others. Really having trouble shifting my weight back and staying in front or behind, jumping high enough, completing the 360 not 270, and not planting my front foot to the ground (bailing). Getting closer and working on better straighter poster and not hunching over or hanging my head. A lot of bad habits. Thanks a bunch for the insight and I am getting closer!
Thanks alot the slo-mo really helps
No joke 40 min after watching this I landed my first 360 flips!! So hyped this fr helped a bunch
