Interesting, I am in Canada and use Business Premium. I also have Teams Premium accounts. You mentioned that is not available. Is it different in the UK?

You need an enterprise license rather than Premium.

@@bearded365guy what I am aayinfg is that I don't have an E license and HAVE a Teams Premium license. 2 of them in my tenant actually. An E license is Not required.

Yes, use a mixture of Teams, Planner and even Loop.
