The quality of your cooking vlogs is getting really professional and excellent production quality, much better than the cooking shows on TV. Awesome content 😊

The best part of watching your videos for so long is the fact that you both are amazing, talented, and blessed. You both are so down to earth and you take things in stride. I have enjoyed over a year of your videos and your professional approach to your videos with great editing and such creative thinking. You have brought so much joy into our home with your adventures and even though things got tough for us all you were still there filming and sharing, staying in touch with your fans and friends. I love the cooking with Chris and Carol as I call it and it is enjoyable because I watch cooking from all over the south Asian nations in to India over to Latin America. You both have been very kind to me and was there when I was in need of cheering up. God bless you both and I am glad you both are healthy and happy. As always I look forward to the next adventure.
The chef is so distractingly beautiful! Honestly, she can serve anything and it will taste like heaven! Thank you for this recipe, i will try to replicate it if i can go to the Phil store here. Love you both!
Always good to see you guys as a team even in cooking, Carol is so pretty 😍, keep up Jumping places its a pleasure always to watch your vlogs. Adobo looks yummy!
Carol, i love they way you cook you master the recipe of what your cooking. Your the best chef..i hope you enjoy both your stay here in the Philippines.
Cooking is life’s most important hobby and fun because you are experiencing experimenting at the same time on all kinds of ways!!! Filipino dish could be very simple and sometimes too much too many to prepare for depends on what you gonna cook!’ Both of you really into it!! I’m amaze on how you adopted Filipino way!! I’m glad you like doing it!!!!
Looked very tasty. And what a beautiful kitchen up in the heavens, complete with a swimming pool and a magnificent view. Thanks for showing us that epic view again.
I like how you improvise your recipes. I think most Filipinos also aren't so strict on measurements...adjust to taste. I normally use palm or coconut vinegar (2/3 vinegar to 1/3 soy sauce). I add more soy if not salty enough.
I remembered that I have suggested cooking this dish in one of your cooking VLOGS. Great to see that you've tried this and actually enjoyed it, One of the cheapest but healthiest food. You can cook the stem of the kangkong you just need to cook it a bit longer. We don't normally cook it with string beans. Love it! 💖😍
Yes, it's Adobe flavor veggies and looks delicious, next time try again to cook fish(galunggong) adobo with Filipino soy sauce... Thanks! God bless! ✔️❤️😀
Carol is really sweet-looking & adorable. Few more subscribers to 100k. Wish you the best & more & more subscribers, Chris & Carol. Love your new menu, one of my fav. Stay healthy & safe. God bless.🤾♂️🤾♀️
You can pretty much cook adobo with any kind of protein you can think of. I put boiled eggs and in my adobo and it's delicious. Love the San Mig pale pilsen. Thanks for the vid.
A little slice of tropical calmness in this crazy world! I've started making Brazilian rice. Never will I go back to plain rice! Looking forward to some kayaking. Awesome job as usual guys, Thank you!
You two are now pros in cooking Filipino dishes! Next time you may give it a try - adding the browned Tofu to the sauce first so that it has time to soak up the flavor more before adding the veggies.
i usually add flour to make the sauce more thicker im a filipino vegan for many years good job! adding some color to the local filipino dishes ' very interesting channel
We have Adobong Kangkong,I cooked for breakfast then sister arrive with fried chicken, she choose to eat Kangkong. Our fave, use the stem it's the best part, I use local soy sauce no vinegar is fine, just the fry the sitaw & the stem first before adding the leaves, just the time to put the soy sauce,we have it until dinner.👌
I always love watching your vlogs. Since I saw Delightful Travellers on their plight to Manila from El Nido and saw your vlogs through them, I am hooked
That brand is probably the light soy sauce and has less salt so you need to add a bit more, or add oyster sauce as you did. The kangkong stems can also be eaten, just cut an inch off the bottom portion. Those parts are nice since it gives a bit of crunch when eaten.
I like tofu and string beans. They blend well when they are cooked together. With kangkong, it's a unique combination and that compliment the taste. Enjoy your stay here in the Philippines. Be safe and stay healthy. Carol is pretty.
Always use the Silver Swan soy sauce for better Pinoy food. That is a good twist for the kangkong adobo. I will try this. I usually just sautee the Kangkong with onions and garlic and add mushroom sauce or oyster sauce which is so good.
Nice work guys. I like to see more challenging vlog content like what you are doing here. Most vloggers are just doing mindless stuff, but you guys are putting in additional effort and I appreciate that!
Guys you can add oyster sauce for additional taste.. Use silverswan soy sauce a Filipino brand.. Before you fry the tofu you can put a liitle salt and pepper..

Try adding a little brown sugar to your adobo and ginger too... enjoy....
Soy sauce already has a salty taste. U can lessen the iodized salt. Depending on ur taste buds. 👍
I love carols hair and she is so beautiful
Me too! wonder how she takes care of her locks given the limited hair products she can buy there in el nido :)
The quality of your cooking vlogs is getting really professional and excellent production quality, much better than the cooking shows on TV. Awesome content 😊

I love using silver swan or marca pina soy sauce for adobo 😊
You can also cook adobong okra 🥒 and tofu 😊
You should have used also the tender part of kangkong (water spinach) stem. They are very fibrous and rich in protein.
Beautiful food ingredients. Carol seems like a natural chef. I would watch your videos just for the music.

Try the Coconut Brand Soy sauce. It's best for adobo. 😊
That sounds great!
Many do not know it, Coconut Brand is set apart from the so called soy sauce in the groceries.
Reminds me of my mom cooking this exact the same dish and ate it with fried fish. Thanks.
Love watching you and carol keep it up 👍

Use Silver Swan soysauce. It matches the Datu Puti white vinegar. They are the adobo's condiments couple. 😁
