Lockdown due to Covid-19 brought me to your vlogs...and I must say, I love you both! I've seen many vlogs from other foreigners in the Philippines but you guys are the most down to earth, simple couple & I love that you're giving a lot of effort to live like the locals without bashing anything or anyone. It looks like you cooked it well! Well done! Yes, we Filipinos love anything soury/vinegar taste and calamansi is definitely very popular as juice or to add to your food. You definitely did it right by adding it on top of your noodles and then mix them up. Good job!

We called this dish " pancit bihon " my favourite. It looks so yummy & i'm sure it tasted yummy too. You are the most relaxed couple in the kitchen. I think you put too much veggies but that's your preference. You look amazing Carol. Looking forward for your next VLOGS . Keep safe!!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
put a smile on my face, cleaning those vegetables with barehands. i like the normality on this video. thank you for sharing things that people can actually relate. Things that are relatable are easy to follow and share. makes me watch more :) the rawness on this video made me subscribed :)
Let's get famous my favorite Pinoy breakfast or snack: CHAMPORADO or Chocolate Rice Porridge/Pudding 1. ordinary rice or sticky rice (better) 2. cocoa or tablea (cacao bars) 3. sugar to taste (if use condensed milk, no need for sugar) OR stevia 4. full cream milk (evaporated, condensed or powder) OR coconut milk, whichever is available 5. pinch of salt 6. cinnamon PROCEDURE: A- make rice porridge B-place cocoa, sugar, salt, cinnamon & cow's milk OR coconut milk C. simmer 3- 5 minutes more. If wet, it could be a porridge. If drier, it could be a pudding. I love more the porridge variation for breakfast but the pudding version for snack. -voila, very delicious! I think this is the Pinoy dish that could become famous all over the world because it is fast, convenient & delicious. Very trendy too because it is full of antioxidants. Who doesnt love chocolate anyway? Vegans could use coconut milk or even almond milk instead of the ordinary milk. Stevia or monkfruit instead of sugar. It is a fusion of the history of the Philippines: Southeast Asian for the rice & coconut milk, Spanish-Mexican for the chocolate & evaporated or condensed milk for the Americans D. side dish could be a dried fish called tuyo (Pinoy food tradition is pairing: one should know the. common pair of a particular dish). Tropical fruits like mango. But champorado could be enjoyed as is
Looks good and yummy! Even it was your first time to try I think you did it right. So, thumbs up to you guys, 9 out 10. It is more tastier if it has shrimp.
For just the two of u, it's a lot, so try to put leftovers in the fridge, Pancit will spoil fast, stay safe guys and God bless 🙏. I don't skip ads, pls do the same. Cheerios
I love your vegie pancit version Carol. I got hungry while you were eating the pamcit. It's so yummy. Please try our chopseuy but instead using chicken as main ingredient replace it with fried tofu so it will becone pure vegie chopsuey. Try to cook it and for sure you gonna love it. Love you guys. I always watch you every night. Keep safe and enjoy your stayin. Mabuhay😊
Good jobs guys! Next time make Sinigang with fish and veggies. It’s easy to make. Just ask the store workers if you have any dish questions. HAPPY 50,000 SUBSCRIBERS!!!!!!!!
Ya the PANCIT BIHON LOOKS TASTY and a LOT HEALTHIER because you put a lot of vegetables. I think you could have put more oyster sauce after you mixed the noodles with the veggies. Put the Ginisa Mix (or Magic Sarap) in the vegetables and NOT with the blanching of the noodles. For the Calamansi Juice, if it is TOO sour, add more water and sugar. It's also good to put some small blocks of ice in the glass. You did a good job. CONTINUE LEARNING. Love from the Philippines.
