- Injustice 2 final battle has two endings, depending on which side the player chooses.

If Superman wins, he spares Batman's life, as he believes the people would see Batman as a martyr. He kills Brainiac and successfully bonds with the ship, allowing him to restore the surviving cities and put Earth at rest. He offers an imprisoned Supergirl the opportunity to join his army to protect the Earth. She declines and is horrified when she sees Batman under Superman's control.
If Batman wins, he depowers Superman and confines him in the Phantom Zone at the Fortress of Solitude. Batman offers Supergirl a partnership on the Justice League to capture that same sense of justice that he and Superman delivered before Lois's death.

Batman always puts justice in the first line of actions. While Superman only decides to finish someone's life that would probably make the situation better without knowing if it does.

Its funny how people are like i dont like superman because of this or i dont like batman because of that. I mean... american comic (mainstream dc & marvel superheroes) character are pretty much inconsistent. It all depends how the writer for that story depict said characters. Sure theres blue print like supes is a good guy and bat is good at brooding but everything comes down to the writer decision. So all these arguments are basically pointless (im aware theres some comics more canon than the other, but my point still stand)
