Not to mention the EO version that was on the GameCube and X-Box was even crazier than the Dreamcast and PS2 versions because of its iteration (E.O. - Easy Operation) which means it gave easy special and super moves in the EO version of CvS2, but Capcom vs. SNK was a dream match waiting to be created in the early 2000s...

3:30-Shin Akuma was spamming his taunt. When you taunt, it gives the opponent a bit of meter and the player was abusing that to fill up their opponent's gauge so that they could crack off Supers for him to clash with.
LOVED this game back in the day. Unlocking Shin Akuma & Ultimate Rugal was such a pain, but once you did, you could walk through the game with them. Thank you for the trip down memory lane here!

Although it's not made in game but rather animated using game sprite. Used to be very popular on newgrounds 15 years ago. The Super Mario Bros Z serie also had some pretty cool fight scenes using sprite.

If you look at the 100 combo display it will show the extra hits right underneath it. So a 155 hit combo will say 100 hits +55
