No, we don't constrain a sketch via dimensioning only, other constraints exist in Freecad, I would like to give you some examples of shortcuts : O for point constraint on origin, S for symmetry, E for equality etc. I think you lacked a good of Freecad practice at the time. Strange way to use Freecad 🤔

What are you mean?
You mean remove all pockets/holes in the tire? Just remove/delete all operations in tree view that creates pockets or holes in the tire.
