Master Lupo, may I ask whether what you demonstrated on this video is the actual recommended number of repetitions for each exercise, or whether they should each be repeated a specific number of times, such as the typical 9 repetitions for example? Or is it more a case of determining a specific meridian or set of meridians which needs balancing, then focus of each of the specific exercises for those until it feels the Qi is moving freely (rather than practicing the entire set each day)? Thank you.
