"atk boots are the only miss" Obviously it doesn't even matter with Robin's action advance. If he had speed boots couldn't possibly have that much atk hence this isn't bad unlike what you were saying.
this one is better as at full stacks it gives crit damage which influences all types of attacks on Clara (basic and skill can benefit from it). 8% crit rate is equel to 16% crit damage, so it's lower on Salsotto. Also, Salsotto gives only 15% follow-up attack damage bonus, where the new set gives 25%. And Clara doesn't benefit from 15% ultimate damage bonus. Hence, I'd work on the new set, and would try to get the missing 8% crit rate in substats.
This set is only good if the ball and rope both has decent crit rate, but... that is not going to happen... 2 balls and 2 ropes (for Ratio and Topaz) all with a good crit rate substats, which take way too long to farm... The only characters that are good for this set are only those already have a good amount of crit rate, so you can all in crit dmg in this set
Pela is a great debuffer, especially with the Resolution Shines light cone, Gallagher as sustain can also add a debuff with his ultimate , and Gunaifen is also a pretty good F2P option since her firekiss is a vulnerability debuff. I’m unsure if the upcoming Jiaxiou will be good with him, but I heard he gives a lot of debuffs so maybe
I prefer izumo than the new set ngl. You will team up ratio with topaz most of the time so the effect is pretty much always active (just me coping because ive been farming that planar set for acheron and ratio can get the leftovers lmao)
This set gave me the worst and best time of my life. I had double crit rope for aventurine and I got eff res as first roll and 4 rolls on top of that. The rope right after gave me 2 rolls in crit damage, 2 rolls in speed and a roll in BE. I just need a sphere
