She is a true contralto.
Most reactors get started by watching “Wicked Game” a Chris Issac cover on the Russian TV show called “You are Super” which this is performed on her second season on this show. She won the previous season and this is performed on a winners version which she also wins. Before coming on this show Diana has won 40-50 singing competitions that she has competed in, She won several times in China that they asked her not to compete again so that others may have a chance to win. Her first TV show “The Voice” children’s edition she auditioned by singing “Yodel time” and was very disappointed by the judges not pushing the buttons. The crowd gave her a 5 minute standing ovation and no one could not understand why. It was a social scam that had been later brought out about this show and the judges. Every song you react to will amaze you and give you goosebumps. She sings in Russian, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. She has a polyphonic effect on her Contralto voice which make her a one of a kind in the history of the singing world. Great reaction, please do “ Wicked Game” next.🙏🏼🌹

She is a truely rare Dramatic Contralto.....the story is that she didn't want to do this song, but this is a contest of pro singers and the competitors picked the song for her. And she is singing in a minor key, far different from the original. You are also spot on about overtones...she has a natural Polyphonic overtone making it sound like she is two voices or a reverb naturally.

Diana is a genious musician and a very smart person often referred to as an Old Soul and a Queen of goosebumps. Probably the lowest contralto in the world (need to check Yma Sumac) with a proven working range 3 octaves, polyphonic sound and very silky and smooth "maternal" tembre.

My interpretation of it all, when she sings that wonderful and super emotional cover is that she's a faraway and exiled witch girl (that can manipulate others with her magical and positively cursed female voice) living in the darkest woods far from civilization and have fall in love with a human boy (a boy she stalks almost every time ,when she's at the outskirt of the woods, close by the human city in which he's unaware of that she does..)from the royal palace that she KNOWS she's never can (not only due her condition of being a witch girl, but also when she talks, then it goes unusually manly deep despised by many snub and irrational royalists and other lower rank human citizens ,where the human boy are among with constantly. It however goes very well, when singing with it, though. Her most ultimate capabilities) have in which that hurts her so almost deadly bad and that's why she's mesmerizing emotionally expressing herself with this unique cover of that wonderful song of Elvis P. a voice so dangerous and mesmerizing that it destroys almost all on her path where she is in the woods after ANOTHER unreachable love-sight of the human boy....Yeah..lol....

He sang, and we were speechless! So, contest after contest, scene after scene, up to over a million views on RUclips and the recognition of the world audience.

I very much enjoyed watching your "discovery" reaction to Diana. She has an amazing life story...which started badly when her birth mother tried to kill her when she was only a toddler. God had other plans for her! She was in an orphanage at 3 1/2 then adopted by one of the nursing staff at the orphanage at age 5. The adoptive mother, Irina, is the source of love and support Diana needed...God bless her! Diana was having difficulty speaking so a speech therapist recommended that Diana sing to help develop her speech. Her unusual contralto singing voice was discovered and then nurtured by vocal coaches. She won many singing competitions and finally got on "You are Super!" because it is a competition for disadvantaged children who grew up without blood parent. She won 2nd season at 14, then was invited to the "Super Season Of You are Super" along with previous winners of the show. She won the super season as well at age 15! She is one of the most popular singers in Russia as well as the world. This performance of "Can''t Help Falling In Love" is part of a new program called 'Showmaskgoon" with 9 singers who judge each other on the Eurovision point system from 2-9. Each week singers are assigned a category and song to sing. Diana's first category was this Elvis song in the Grammy category. She blew the other singers/judges away! She received all but one 9 and was in the top spot at end of show. There are 6 more shows to go. The 4th episode is this coming Saturday.
