Wonderful reaction! This performance was from a Russian show that aired in the fall of 2021, and ran for 9 weeks. Diana was 18 at this time. There were 9 singers who were also the judges and critiqued each other. There were 9 genres of music they had to perform over the course of the show. Thus Diana sang in many different styles.
Diana is 15 years old in the following video, singing a cover of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game, giving it a more "tribal" sound. She's a contralto, even at the age of 15, has a unique and otherworldly voice, and a commanding stage presence.
She is performing on the Russian TV show You Are Super, a show for disadvantaged children to display their talents that they otherwise would not be able to.
Diana (dee-ah-na) was abandoned by her abusive mother at the age 3 and placed in an orphanage, diagnosed with cognitive impairment. Her adoptive mother had her enroll in singing lessons to help with some speech problems due to abuse and neglect. Her singing talent was immediately noticed and the rest, as they say, is history.

18 year old Diana blows the roof off. Diana is in her last semester at GITIS in Moscow (The Russian Institute of Theatre Arts) and turns 21 at the end of this May. This show ran over two months and all the singers had to sing one song a week and from a different genre each week. They would rate each other 1-9 not including themselves...Diana is up in that group that looked like judges (they are just fellow singers) when someone else is singing. It's not a a singing talent show in that sense...more like a singing variety show. Diana did have the highest point total after two months even though she was the youngest and least established singer of the group. She's been known has the Queen of Goosebumps for half a decade now...go watch her at 15 years old singing WIcked Game on Russian TV. Unreal, atmospheric, dark and magnificent much like this Elvis rendition in how she reconstructs the song to make it her own.

She is a vocal phenom. I found her last year and can't stop listening. She has so many incredible performances in many styles and genres. For a simple contrast She recently did a Hans Zimmer tribute concert where she sang two songs. One beautiful, airy and delicate. The other fierce and incredibly powerful. There are so many amazing performances out there. She is known as the queen of goosebumps. For my taste she has the best voice I have ever heard.

This Diana Ankudinova performance took place on September 25, 2021 during the inaugural season of a new Russian vocal competition called the “ShowMaskGoOn!” when Diana Ankudinova was only 18 years old, not 20. Diana was not happy with her lack of a higher vocal range, which kept her out of the more prestigious Russian music academies, so she and her voice teacher decided to concentrate extensively on improving and developing her upper vocal range. Now, a female singers vocal range helps to determine and define her voice type. When Diana was 13 years old, her vocal range was first measured and at that time her vocal range was measured from a low of D3 (lower alto range) to a high of A5 (upper alto range), which was unusually low for a 13 year old girl. During this “Can’t Help Falling In Love” performance, her vocal range was again measured and Diana’s functional vocal range now measures from a low of C3 (male Tenor range) to a high of B♭5, (female Mezzo Soprano range).
A commonly asked questions regarding Diana’s unique voice is, how does she do it? How does such a young female singer achieve such a low, rich, deep, profound, and resonant sound? Without actually scoping her vocal tract while she is producing those low notes to physically see what is happening within her vocal tract, the general conciseness of many vocal professionals is simply attributing Diana's vocal ability to her winning the genetic lottery, meaning Diana was just born with unique vocal anatomy. Diana's vocal folds (vocal cords) appear to be longer and thicker than the vast majority of female singers. Her larynx, (voice box), likewise appears to be larger and similarly her pharynx, (throat), also appears to be longer than the vast majority of female singers, plus she has a large oral cavity (mouth). It’s this combination of unique vocal anatomical structure that appears to give Diana Ankudinova the ability to produce the low, deep, rich, and full sounds she is known for, but without actually scoping her vocal track to verify, there is no way to be 100% sure.
For this new the “ShowMaskGoOn!” competition, Diana’s first performance was her cover of Elvis Presley’s classic, “Can't Help Falling In Love”. She showed what many vocal professionals have been saying since Diana was 14, that based on Diana’s previous vocal competitions, and concerts, she has now developed into what many believed she always was, a true “Contralto” voice type. For those that may not know what a contralto is; a contralto is the lowest, and deepest type of female voice, and a true contralto is very, very rare.
During the opening of “Can’t Help Falling In Love”, Diana’s low Contralto voice is on full display. The improvement to her upper range is also on display during the middle portion of this performance. Finally, the full depth and power of Diana’s voice during the final section define her as not just a Contralto, but as a “Dramatic Contralto”, and “Dramatic Contraltos'” have the lowest, deepest, darkest, richest sound. They are the most powerful of the Contralto voice types, and are the rarest of the rare “Contralto” voice types. At the end of this performance, the full power of Diana’s “Dramatic Contralto” chest voice is on full display for everyone to hear.
It’s not just about how low or high she can go. It’s in the exceptional quality of her tone in her upper register but especially in her lower register that makes her stand out. It's in the roundness, fullness, and depth of her sound, along with her ability to create, access, and use an enormous amount of resonance.
After Diana's performance concludes she receives a standing ovation from all her fellow competitors. Finally, this first round of the "Show Must Go On!" competition concluded with Diana Ankudinova being declared the winner!

As you have read in other comments, she was in fact 18 when she performed this. For an idea of how she can sing now I would react to her singing "Paul's Song" from the Dune sountrack. Spoiler: she outperformed the OST live. And to fully get her as an artist I would react to the "you are super" performance of "Rechenka" (little river or dear river).

I think she was 18 when she did this. A couple of my favorite performances of hers are from when she was younger. There's a really cool stage performance of Rechenka that she did at 14, and another at 17(?) called The Crow. She did an amazing yodeling performance on a talent show at 13 (the full version is best because she sings part of a second song).
Also, her personal story is inspirational. The poor girl was abused badly by her parents, including her mother who broke her collar bone and left her at a bus stop (at three years old!). She ended up being taken in by an adoptive family that gave her the love she deserved. She started out having trouble with speech, but she loved singing and voice lessons soon corrected that issue.
I asked myself then the same question: "What is the Great Elvis thinking now where he is?" I could not have imagined that the world would receive this minor version so warmly and enthusiastically. Diana is truly "The Queen of goosebumps" and continues to attract attention, provoke deep analysis and most importantly, delight us all!

Greetings from Scotland! "What am I hearing?" Well, the technical explanation is not so simple, because Diana is absolutely unique and most of her vocal abilities are due to her physical makeup. But she is classed as a natural "Dramatic Contralto", with the natural ability to create polyphonic overtones, sounding like more than one voice from the one person. More fascinating is her backstory. Very sad but also very inspirational.
Diana is 20yo currently but she was 18 here. I've been following her career since she was around 13yo. As a natural Dramatic Contralto the lower registers are her comfort zone but she has increased her range even more since this performance. Any song, any genre, in any language, Diana can sing it and improve it! You need to understand what helped "create" this unique phenomenon:-
Diana's birthmother had multiple miscarriages but when Diana came along, she seemed to hate her. She verbally and physically abused her, trying to drown her and belittle her. It all culminated when (at 3yo) a passing relative found her in her home with a broken collarbone and several other injuries. She went for the authorities who removed Diana from her birthmothers care and placed her in an orphanage. For almost 2 years Diana never gave up hope and she knew that she was meant for something better. (This story is in her Wikipedia entry) Finally her new mother (Irina Ponik, who worked as a masseuse there occasionally) Signed her adoption papers and took her home. She vowed to pay Irina back for her kindness. Irina had a real struggle because Diana had obviously been badly affected by the experiences and at 5yo, she had a very bad stammer. It was recommended that she be taken for singing lessons to help this and immediately it was recognised that Diana had perfect pitch and an excellent ear for music and songs. 1 year later, at 6yo, Diana was performing solo on stage!
This young unique phenomenon sang everywhere and anywhere she could, working constantly to earn money for the family who rescued her. Hi, just to clarify, Diana is now 20 (born 31st May 2003), however, this performance was from September 2021 when she was 18 years old. Diana is a dramatic contralto (lowest female voice classification) - think Cher with additional turbo boost - here she went from a low of C3 to a high of Bb 5 or almost 3 octaves. She can go lower and higher now. But, forget that, it's her timbre, delivery and emotional impact which is important.

Diana's life started very dramatically and very badly as she was left at an orphanage by her mother, was adopted by one of the workers there, and was introduced to music to help cure her of a stutter.
Dee ahna (Diana) is also Polyphonic, able to produce multiple notes at the same time, sounding like thees more than one person singing.
She sings this in a minor key the way it was composed. This is a song about an underage girl who falls in love with an older man, she knows that she shouldn't but, She Can't Help Falling in Love ❤

Her childhood was very tragic, she didn't even speak until she was 3 years old. It's worth looking into her background. And her connection with Igor Krutoy, often Dimash's composer .

As is evident from the almost entire absence of comments in Russian - which usually dominate comments on videos reacting to Diana - your reaction was blocked in the Russosphere.
This was because following a spat between Yahoo and Russian TV, any reaction to a performance by Diana on Russian TV is blocked in the Russosphere unless extraordinary measures are taken.
The least intrusive measure - and the one most reactors employ, and which I recommend - is to put a visual filter, e.g. such as blurring, is put on the original video (leaving the audio intact).
No such problem arises for performances by Diana that she did not give on Russian TV.
Although she is still only 20, there are videos of some 800+ such!.
She was a child prodigy who by the age of eight had more than a hundred songs in her repertoire, and was completely familiar with the stage.
As many iconic and very well-known performances testify, by the age of 14 she was already world class.
A genius who can sing anything, she is the most versatile singer in the world.
Her stage presence and ability to convey the emotional and spiritual meaning of a song is completely unrivalled.
Filters don't really work unfortunately. I've tried to get past this with one of dimash's videos and they block it entirely from being viewed world wide. I tried to upload it 3 times with no success. The music itself can't be used sometimes. It's part of being a reaction channel unfortunately. 😑 It seems to be a crap shoot... some people get away with it, while others don't. 🤷♀️

I think it can depend on the country of the reactor, and perhaps there is an element of luck involved.
But it also depends on the filter used.
The one used by these guys (who seem to be based in the US) is unusually severe but it is ok for the viewer and it enabled their reaction to this very performance two months ago to reach the Russosphere.

Here are three reasons why Diana (the Queen of Goosebumps) doesn't sound human. First, she is a contralto, which is the absolute rarest type of female voice. It allows her to sing very dramatic/powerful, very (I mean VERY) deep, very dark, very rich. Second, she has a spectacular larynx. She's been called the vocal Eighth Wonder of the World. Third, she is polyphonic, which means she can produce multiple harmonics within her voice at the same time. This is what allows her to sound like two people at once. (more below) When you add all that up you basically get a person who creates her own auto-tune. She doesn't need electronic auto-tune. She IS her own auto-tune. And the effect when you hear her is totally mind-blowing. It's like she's singing right through you, like a sword straight into your soul. Literally NOBODY else on the planet has a voice like hers. She's not one in a million, she's one in eight billion. Having watched well over 100 initial reactions to her, only one did NOT say she was "unique".
I thought it sounded like she was singing really high and really low at the same time in part of the song, it was an amazing effect!

Diana started singing at age 5 as a remedy for a bad stammer caused by her traumatic early years. She was abandoned by her mother at age 3 ½ after years of neglect and abuse and spent 1 ½ years in an orphanage before being adopted at 5yo by a wonderful woman and her family who took on the task of rehabilitating her. It was quickly discovered she loved singing, was very good at it, had a good voice and a superb musical ear (and perfect pitch according to some).
