I’m by no means an expert but I had my first child 2 years ago and I progressed very quickly. Active labor was less than 3 hours. I didn’t take any classes but my instincts told me to hum during contractions as well as be in a squat position. One tip I always tell my pregnant friends is to let go while in the process of dilating. The way I always describe it is to let your body relax so much that you might actually let out urine. Lol. Everyone always thought that tip was weird but I swear it helped me dilate really fast to just allow my pelvic floor to relax completely. It was instinctual so it was interesting to hear your bit on how having a full bladder disrupts the process. Thanks for the tips. I’m 25 weeks with my second!
Thanks so much for leaving your insights and extra tips for other mothers to read. Really appreciate it. It's great that you were so in tune with your body during your first labour. Sounds like you really trusted the process and were guided by your body which is wonderful. When did you have your first? X
@Hypnobirthing With Anja we have a boy and we are keeping this next one a surprise! So we have no idea what the gender is. It’s been hard not knowing haha
@@itscool770 I am so bad waiting for surprises so I am impressed that you are waiting to find out the gender of your baby. It must make it extra exciting in many ways having the patience to wait. Where in the world do you live? Are you in the UK like me? 💕
I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby and I absolutely agree that laying down is not in your best interest while in labour. I had the best results by alternating beween crawling on all fours, the walking in circles and leaning forward against something or someone. And both my previous births were all natural and without tearing
That's amazing! Thank you so much for sharing the positions you got into. You were definitely listening to your body 💪😍 How is your 3rd pregnancy going? X
@@HypnobirthingWithAnja thank you Things are going good. Very different this time with most things. I had 2 boys and now I'm having a girl. They were both anterior with heads down the whole time while now baby is transfers and posterior, so I don't get any back pain but I'm working to turn her before we finish the second trimester.
Thank you for the heads up...I'm 32 weeks with my 4th baby and that really helped . I don't want any tearing and also doing this naturally without medication.
Wow! Thanks for this video. 3 things you mentioned are kind of against the hospital policy when I delivered my 2 babies. They do not let you out of the bed once you are 6/7 cm dilated. Why? Idk. They tell you if you have to empty your bladder they give you a bed pan. This made me bladder shy. On top of that I couldn’t move much because they had me hooked up to those monitors the entire time. My legs were falling asleep from laying in that bed. I asked like 10 times to get up. Then they kept wondering why I was taking so long to progress. Well… makes sense now.
The reason is they don’t want you to progress to a vaginal birth. They do what they can so they can label you FTP (failure to progress) and send you off to a C-section because they make more money. Disgusting business.
Hi Thelma, thanks so much for your message. Wow! This is exciting. Not long to wait until you meet your second baby 💕 How old is your first baby and how was your first birth? Are you feeling excited about meeting your baby? ❤️
One of the best videos I’ve seen on this topic🙌🏿! I’m a doula, currently expecting my 4th which will be my 3rd VBAC. I encourage my clients all the time to change positions as often as possible during labor. Really helps progress faster and with the pain, especially if foregoing the epidural. Great video👏🏿! Thanks so much for sharing 🙏🏿!

I just came across this video and goodness you’re spot on. Soon as you said the 1st tip… I said “she gets it”. I’ve been saying this for years. Since I’m not a nurse people don’t listen. Don’t lie down. That’s defying the natural tunnel of gravity. I’m pregnant now and saving this video. Thank you!!
Hi Precious! Thanks for your message. Glad the video has helped you. Yep, working with gravity really helps during labour and delivery. Are you pregnant with your second baby? ❤️
My first child, am 39 weeks 3 days today. I am anxious, and scared for the unknown..thanks for the video..am hoping for a quicker labour and safe delivery.
Hi! Thanks so much for your message 💞 Believe in your body and your own strength. You can do this! Breathe, relax your body, get into comfortable positions that feel best for you and you will have a great birth I'm sure! Sending love 💖
Awesome video! I’ve had 3 babies naturally with very fast labor. My 3rd baby I delivered unassisted in the hospital parking garage. Thankfully I understood the mechanics of labor and delivery. However thank you for this information as it supports everything I already believed about natural birth
Hi! Usually, it is! Wow! Your labour was so quick! I'm glad you embraced it as some women I know had fast labours and found it overwhelming. Sounds like you nailed it last time. Yes, your body has muscle memory so it's probable your next labour will also be quick. Did you get to hospital in time with your first baby or did you give birth at home? ❤️
My body naturally dilates fast 😬 with my son I went from 6-10cm in 20 minutes, I had my daughter last night and she went from 4cm to out in 45 minutes 😂🤦🏼♀️
3 babies of mine were quick and wonderful, this 4th baby now at 38 weeks wont come no matter how much I try. Labor started one night but quit. He was measuring 38 weeks when I was 36 🤦♀️. So ready for him to get out! Its taking a toll on my mental health.
I'm sorry you are feeling a bit down. Your baby will come when he's ready so do try to relax and take it easy. Don't stress about it as that's doing you no good. I wish you all the very best in the final days of your pregnancy and wish you a calm birth experience when it finally happens ❤️

If I ever have another baby, I'm going to wear an adult diaper during the laboring at home stage, especially at night. The extra sleep and "free to pee anytime" is totally worth the loss in dignity.
I've just seen your channel! I've been really lucky with all 3 of mine. They've all been naturally very very fast. From first contraction to finish my first one started at 9pm and she was born at 11.38pm same night, my second my contractions started at 12 midday and she was born the same afternoon at 2.56pm and my 3rd one i had my first contraction at 6.35am, my waters went 5 mins later at 6.40am and she was born at 7.40am 👀 I'm due number 4 next week so we will see how fast he is 🤣
@@HypnobirthingWithAnja I forgot to update you. Baby number 4 was 1 hour 10 mins in the end. 🤣 contractions started at 9pm and he was born at 10.10pm. 🤣
Thank you so much for sharing these useful tips. I hadn't considered the full bladder issue or learnt about that in my antenatal class. I'm currently 40 weeks and 2 days. The thing I'm finding most difficult at the moment is letting go of my fears around birth. I have been trying some hypnobirthing meditations, and visualising holding my baby, but it is hard to not let the niggles of doubt in!
I totally understand Cat! Meditation definitely helps and it sounds like you are educating yourself by doing an antenatal class so well done! It helped me by writing down my fears then replacing each fear with a wish/positive and alternative scenario instead. I'm sure you will be fantastic during labour! Self-belief can be a game changer. My favourite affirmations for labour were "I trust my body and my baby" and "With each contraction I relax more deeply". Good luck honey! You've got this! 💪💕
I went from 3cm to her in my arms in 35 min. It was more painful than my 6 and 8 hr labor but I really tried my hardest not to tense up at all and just breath. I did lose my cool the last 10 min. Lol
Taking all this information in. I am going to be induced on 2/21. My baby may be born with HLHS (we still got a chance of him having 2 working ventricles thanks to a in uteru surgery I had🙏). I wish my birth could be a lot more natural and less forceful. Still, I will try my hardest to not let the "joy" of birthing be taken away from me (will try not to do pain meds). My kid will be taken from my arms within minutes of my birthing him (if I get to hood him at all). This is such a great video. Thanks for sharing.
I wish you all the best with your baby's birth. It's great that you had in utero surgery. That's amazing! You deserve a joyful birth experience ❤️ Sending you lots of love and best wishes 💖
I am also being induced on 2/21 and my baby has Truncus Arteriosus. They are planning on taking him soon after birth. Good luck to you! It is heartbreaking learning that your baby has a critical congenital heart defect.
Thank you Anya for presenting in a very down to earth accessible way. I am 35 weeks pregnant with my second and hoping for a natural birth- I was also for my first but he ended up being an emergency c-section at 8cm. My husband has watched some of these videos too!

I'm hoping to have my baby in about a week and a half. Your videos have been incredibly helpful for my preparation to give birth! Thank you for the wonderful information
I hope you have a safe delivery. Is this your first? I am 36 wks along with #2 and had my 1st at 39 wks 4 days. I'm hoping this one comes between 38-39 weeks. I started to dilate with my 1st at 36 wks and I am already 1 cm dilated. I went into active labor with my first at 4:30 am Friday, he was born at 4:11 pm. SO, I'm hoping this one is a quick labor. I am physically drained. I am a 31 yr old college student, stay at home mom to a toddler. A part time food service worker so i get about 6 hours of sleep a day and I'm one of those that need 8. So, I'm dragging every day
@@melissavickery2219 wow! You sound like you are very strong in your mind and your body. I like you need 8 hours sleep but don't usually get it. Even though my daughter is now 6 and sleeps well, I teach in the evenings and it takes me a while to unwind and fall asleep after teaching hypnobirthing. I plan on going to bed early tonight! Exciting Friday plans for me (not!) 😆
@@HypnobirthingWithAnja it takes me a while to unwind. So, I try to get my homework done during the day if my son lets me during his "quiet" time. I work at 5 until midnight. Then go to bed about 2ish and am up at 9:30am. My son gets up at about 5 am so, i Normally get woken up by his father at 5 am. Then go back to bed until 9:30 am.
I live in a country that still practices the traditional lie down and push method.. the nurses have a reputation of being harsh and im already uncomfortable just thinking of going into the hospital
Hi Cherise, you really have to stand up for yourself and be assertive. You don't have to just do what the nurses say. If you want to move about and get into different positions, you do it! Don't be afraid to just use your own voice 💪💕
This is why I'm birthing at home this time! I feel so much more comfortable, and even excited for labor. My midwife is 100% different than my OBs were.
Thank you for sharing this knowledge. I'm in my 4th pregnancy now. My waters will break, but I never dialate over 1cm until after hours of labor and then I finally give in to being medically induced with pitocin, because no dialation. They give me the smallest amount of pitocin and I progress super fast, too fast and it's really rough. I just want it to be different this time. I hope these techniques work for me. I've used hypnobirthing methods in all my births.
Honestly I been 2 cm and 80 percent for the past 2 week and I'm now 39 week, try everything almost 😓 I did yoga ball, walking and exercises to help dilate and nothing changed, I think honestly maybe I'm just very stress and I will try the breathing tech which did help me relax when I try it now, I will also try to see what sorten food to eat to help because I been having a lot of heart burn. Thank for the advice and the videos I'll try this and hopefully I can dilated more 🙃
Hi Valery, yes, please try to stay calm and relaxed. Stress releases adrenaline into your body and it tells your body that you are not ready for labour or that it's not safe for labour to start. Also you are 39 weeks and most labour don't start until 40/41 weeks. The good news is that you are already partially dilated which means your body is doing the right things. Try to do relaxing things in the final days of your pregnancy. Being relaxed and calm helps your body to release hormones which tell your body that you are ready for labour. Do things that make you feel nurtured and loved. Good luck and I'm sure it won't be long before you meet your baby ❤️
My midwife actually said this is nothing out of the ordinary. Very normal to be dilated before labor, specially if you are not a first time mum 😉 just don't stress and enjoy the last days 😊 my labor will start today, so I am wondering how everything will go
@@martinakresova7932 thank you for taking the time to respond to Valery as well. I'm sure it will help her feel better and less worried about things. ❤️
Hi Najma, sorry you are feeling stressed. Have you listened to any pregnancy meditations? They may help you to relax. If you can, also, try to go out in the fresh air for a walk. Look after yourself and get plenty of sleep. Hope that the final days of your pregnancy go well :)
Such wonderful tips I look forward to using each and everyone of them. I wish I knew this before here I am with baby #5 and still have questions about labor. I always say laying on your back during labor was the worst thing anyone could do and I don't know why the nurses at the hospitals always monitor the fetus every so often its quite annoying. Thanks for these tips and we most def. joined your channel for more inspiring videos. :)

@@HypnobirthingWithAnja I have a 13, 8, 4 and 2 year old. I had epidurals for the first two but then I had a c-section with my 4-year-old and then a v-back with my 2-year-old. They all went well and came pretty quickly. The pain got quite intense with my last baby girl and I was so nervous I begged for the epidural lol, but I am sure this time around I am more confident and will be sure to breath through the pain. 😅
@@adventurouslifesquad I bet you'll nail it and do a great job with baby number 5! Breathing slowly and calmly and keeping your body relaxed and loose can really help lower any pain or discomfort. When are you due with your next baby? X
Really hoping for a birth where baby doesnt need to be closely monitored this time. My previous babies had to be and they werent able to get readings in any position other than me on my back on the bed and its excruciating 💔 my son needed a ventouse which resulted in a 3rd degree tear and i fully believe i could have done it alone if i was up off my back but his heart rate was dropping and they needed to keep monitoring 😢
Just eat plenty of fruit and veg and stay hydrated. Stay warm and move your body each day whether that be walking, swimming or yoga. All of this will stack the odds in your favour for a positive birth experience ❤️

Hi Amber, I hope you are recovering well after your fast labour. Labour is tiring whether it's quick or slow. I hope you are okay and that you and your baby are safe and well 💕
I’m crying in early labor with my 5th. Not because of pain but because it’s taking a long time to pick up. I’ve been having contractions and deep lower back pain for a day. It woke me out of my sleep. 2 hours in and still no loss of plug/show.
Wow great video! I really wish I saw this 2 weeks ago.. ended up having unnecesary medical interventions with my first born and we were low risk the whole pregnancy, healthy with good heart beat.. but since I was 42 weeks they pressured me to get induced and it led to constant fetal heart monitoring and resulted in a way I really worked hard to avoid😪 nonetheless I am grateful baby is here alive and well. I am traumatized and realizing how much information I missed

So sorry to hear this. Thanks for sharing though as it is important to talk about things like this. Did they say why the monitor had to stay on? The hospital wouldn’t let me get up and move because my water was broken… they were afraid that the umbilical cord would slip out. My water was also accidentally prematurely ruptured by my dr at an appointment. 30 something hours of labor, it felt so unnatural my body wasn’t even contracting on its own. Hi Nadia, I've not heard of a contracted pelvis before so I'm afraid I can't give you any advice about this. Plus I'm not a doctor. Of course there are still weeks for you to dilate, your cervix should still be closed at 35 weeks. I would leave it a few weeks then have another check. And still I didn't feel any labor pain...... Or water break blah .. But I can feel little pains in my Lower body... My baby's head is also downward with posterior placenta... Though movement is also perfect...
Hi Iqra, I'm not a doctor so I can't give you any medical advice about sugar in your blood. Sorry! Doctors know about sugar in the blood and gestational diabetes. I am not in the position to give you advice about this. I know some women who have had vaginal births with gestational diabetes but I have also known some women who have had a Cesarean. I think it really depends on the size of the baby and how much sugar is in your blood. It can be reduced with medication and diet but usually this is done much earlier in pregnancy.
Thanks for your question. Have you got gestational diabetes? If you do, there is a chance that your baby could be bigger than average. If you don't have gestational diabetes, there is NO reason to think that your baby is larger than normal and your doctor is making you worry unnecessarily. Growth scans and measurements are not 100% accurate. There is a 25% error margin. This affirmation helped me "my baby is the perfect size for my body". Are you in labour? Have you been told you have gestational diabetes?
Thank you so much for all your infomative videos, having my 2 child in a few months and you are a life-saver ❤️ Do you have any tips for vomiting during labor? I vomited a lot during my first which made me go to the hospital early (2 cm dialated) I really want to stay home as long as possible..
Hi Sara, thanks for your message! So glad I am able to help you with my videos ❤️ Vomiting in labour is linked to too little food or too much food, not eating the right food, dehydration, exhaustion or hormones. My best advice is to eat little and often slow release carbohydrates and to be drinking plenty. Also, diffusing refreshing essential oils like lemon and peppermint can help keep sickness at bay. 💓
Hi Jaya, I would go for a walk every day ear to home and watch my 3 'induce labour naturally' videos. You will be able to see them on my RUclips channel page. Here is the first video: ruclips.net/video/lSxBEqNdJuA/видео.html 💓 Your baby will come soon. Don't worry about it. He/she can't stay in your womb forever ❤️
I felt really relax during my labor until the doctor told me to stop pushing. I had to hold the pushes for hours and it made me so tense. They didn't want me to push because I was 6cm. Why have I not heard how to manage the pushes when it's "too early". I feel like we never talk about that before birth. Pushing felt so good and it was so hard to hold everything. I couldn't stay relax
Thanks for your message Erika. I don't understand why the doctor told you to go against, and ignore, what your body was telling you to do. You say you were 6cm dilated at the time. That surprises me as women usually feel an urge to push when fully dilated and baby is starting to descend the birth canal. I'm just wondering if you went to fully dilated very quickly or your cervical diameter was a bit narrower (10 cm being fully dilated is just a guide because we all have different bodies and some women's cervixes can naturally open wider across). When did you give birth and in what country? Or are you pregnant again at the moment? 💕
They said I would have bruising on my cervix if I would continue pushing. I really don't know the exact time, but it was at least 10h later than I became 10cm dilated. (They gave me the epidural eventually because they said baby's hart rate wasn't good and that it would help to make the process quicker...of course they ask me first.) After about 2 hours of epidural I bacame completely dilated
I gave birth in september 2020 in Canada. I had to do an hospital birth because of some test my baby needed to do a few hours/day after birth, but next time I'm pregnant, I will do a birth with my midwife if I can! After the birth, my midwife told me that there is some positions that release the feeling to push
It is best to have a walking epidural if you can (less anaesthetic) so you can still feel what is going on in your body. This also means you can move and won't be stuck on a hospital bed. :)

@@almalik2095 hi! Do you have any health conditions that are making it risky for you to conceive a baby? You haven't mentioned anything other than you are concerned about your weight gain over the last few years. I'm sure everything will be fine but if you are worried, I always recommend talking to a doctor about everything 💕
I'd like to know, since a twin pregnancy is just by nature considered high risk, would I be in my right to insist on not having constant fetal monitoring when I arrive at the hospital? I believe they will insist in doing so.
Hi Danielle, if I'm being honest I don't feel 100% confident in answering your question. This is what I know: With multiple pregnancies, there can be more risks but twin births can also be very straightforward as well. Because there are 2 heart beats to be monitored, they may advise that it is safer for you babies to be constantly monitored. However, you could ask your care team what the benefits and risks are to you and baby if you are monitored constantly or not monitored constantly. Also, ask if WIRELESS monitoring is an option for you as this will mean you have room to move about and don't feel restricted to a hospital bed. Hope that helps 💕
Thanks for your question. It's usually that your baby's head blocks the nerve signals to your brain telling you that you need to pee. But it's so important to empty your bladder regularly during labour to create space for your baby's journey down the birth canal. Also, a full bladder makes contractions feel more intense and challenging so it's good to reduce this as much as possible for your own comfort levels 💞
Hi honey, if you go for a wee every hour you don't have to worry about peeing. It's important to empty your bladder often so that there is plenty of space in your pelvis for your baby to move down. I would definitely wear an adult diaper after birth as it can be very useful to absorb the postpartum bleeding which can be very heavy initially ❤️
That’s why I hated my first birth where I tried the epidural. It goes against everything we need during birth. I’ve had two natural births and on the way to my 3rd natural birth, any day now. It’s scary, but it is what it is. There’s one pain reliever shot they give in your leg, that is amazing and all I look forward to help me relax more.
Yes, usually it's ok. Your baby may need to stay in hospital for a few days to a week (because 36 weeks is considered to be one week premature) but normally everything is okay 👍
Thanks so much for your question. If you have had an epidural you won't be able to move so you are right. You can, however, have mobile epidurals these days so you will still be able to move your body as you will not have had as much anaesthesia. 💕
38+5 today.Im having Contractions but Im Zero cm dilated.i had a c-section 20 months ago n Aiming for VBAC this time. Anja Can you give me any tip to dilate Quickly?
Im due in July this year with my first one. Im still debating if i want to go natural birth or c-section. I just worry if i get c section i wont be able to take care of my baby as soon as leave the hospital also the risk of blood clot. Always fear of that. Not that i have any problem with blood clots. And I just worry if i go natural.. i dont know if i have the energy to push also worry i will get tears. Im so stressed. Not sure what to do. Any inputs anyone?
Hi honey, there are advantages and disadvantages to both birth scenarios but in general, vaginal birth is easier to recover from. Stress is never a good thing in labour so it's very important to relax your body for a more comfortable birth experience. Many women recover quickly from a C-section and many women recover quickly from a vaginal birth because they get plenty of rest, eat well, stay hydrated etc. You can prevent tearing during a vaginal birth through doing perineal massage and learning how to push/birth your baby smoothly. Also, to lower any fears/anxieties, listening to hypnobirthing meditations can be really useful. They really really helped me and it's the reason I teach hypnobirthing today. I was terrified of giving birth before I did a hypnobirthing course but I had a calm home birth and I healed quickly after giving birth because of all the education and techniques I knew about to support myself. Hi Sruthi, you should be ok. But if your fibroids cause bleeding during pregnancy you may have to be careful. Gentle walking and prenatal exercises are usually safe to do but I always recommend that you check with your doctor to be 100% sure. 💕

@@HypnobirthingWithAnja yes I went to the hospital Monday and they did a lot of blood work and said I was fine and they said I was having contractions but wasn’t dilating so they sent me home and said tell my midwife what’s happening
39 weeks today with my 3rd baby, 2nd girl ❤ I've been basically living on my birthing ball for the past month, this pregnancy has been so painful 💔. My midwife wants to induce me next Monday on the 6th if I haven't gone naturally 😔 I got checked on Saturday (38+5) and I was 2.5cm and 50% effaced. So hoping that I've progressed a bit !
It sounds like it! Well done using your birth ball so much. It sounds like it's been working. Hope your labour goes well when it starts. Sending you lots of love and best wishes ❤️
@@thehumblepeach9018 it's good you are giving your body and baby more time for things to progress naturally. So long as there is no reason for an induction (health concerns) it's okay to let your body and baby decide when is best for labour to start. Good luck honey 💕
What are your thoughts on labouring in water? I have heard that it can slow down labour because of the lack of gravity. I’m 37 weeks pregnant with my first and love the idea of a birth pool but I don’t want it to slow down my labour.
It's probably well past your labor and delivery at this point, and I hope you got to find out what you were asking! I also hope you had a safe delivery and a healthy little one. I can only speak from my experience. The birth center I had my babies at has tubs for laboring in. Everyone is different but getting in the bath for me causes me to dilate quickly. I sit in the warm bath (just water, I don't use any bubbles or Epsom salts) and do pelvic bowl movements. That's a position where you sit with the soles of your feet together and you can rock side to side, lean forward Etc. I went from five to ten with my first very quickly, within five or six minutes. I had been at five cm dilated for hours before getting in the bath. My second took a little longer because I was induced with pictocin, and she was positioned less optimally than her older brother. Editing to mention that birth center doesn't do birthing in the bath, only labor.

I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby and I absolutely agree that laying down is not in your best interest while in labour. I had the best results by alternating beween crawling on all fours, the walking in circles and leaning forward against something or someone. And both my previous births were all natural and without tearing

Things are going good.
Did you do perineal massage to avoid tearing?
Wow, that is crazy!! Where in the world did you give birth??

I’m crying in early labor with my 5th. Not because of pain but because it’s taking a long time to pick up. I’ve been having contractions and deep lower back pain for a day. It woke me out of my sleep. 2 hours in and still no loss of plug/show.
I hope things start to speed up for you. Sending love and best wishes 💓

Am in hospital since yesterday but the said my baby is big it will be hard for me coz its my first pregnancy and the baby is 4.7kg 😭 what should I do?
Thanks for your question. Have you got gestational diabetes? If you do, there is a chance that your baby could be bigger than average. If you don't have gestational diabetes, there is NO reason to think that your baby is larger than normal and your doctor is making you worry unnecessarily. Growth scans and measurements are not 100% accurate. There is a 25% error margin. This affirmation helped me "my baby is the perfect size for my body". Are you in labour? Have you been told you have gestational diabetes?
Thank you so much for all your infomative videos, having my 2 child in a few months and you are a life-saver ❤️

Hi Sara, thanks for your message! So glad I am able to help you with my videos ❤️ Vomiting in labour is linked to too little food or too much food, not eating the right food, dehydration, exhaustion or hormones. Your baby will come soon.
What if you are having epidural and you don't feel anything?
It is best to have a walking epidural if you can (less anaesthetic) so you can still feel what is going on in your body. This also means you can move and won't be stuck on a hospital bed. :)
My hospital has wireless monitors so they can monitor the baby, without being restricted

Can the head of the baby block the passage of urine from a full bladder?
Thanks for your question. It's usually that your baby's head blocks the nerve signals to your brain telling you that you need to pee. But it's so important to empty your bladder regularly during labour to create space for your baby's journey down the birth canal. Also, a full bladder makes contractions feel more intense and challenging so it's good to reduce this as much as possible for your own comfort levels 💞
I am thinking about wearing a diaper during labor 🙉 I don't want to have to worry about holding my pee when I'm trying to relax my pelvis!!
They wouldn't let me eat.. I had some jello about midnight.. they said I couldn't have anything.. I gave birth about 7 am ..
So sorry they told you not to eat. Did you manage to get through your labour and not feel too exhausted at the end? Xx
Thanks for this video😍

How can you keep moving position every hour if epidural numbs your legs from moving?

38+5 today.Im having Contractions but Im Zero cm dilated.i had a c-section 20 months ago n Aiming for VBAC this time. Anja Can you give me any tip to dilate Quickly?
Nipple stimulation, walking, acupressure, masturbation, relaxation and slow calm breathing 💕

What are your thoughts on labouring in water? I have heard that it can slow down labour because of the lack of gravity. I’m 37 weeks pregnant with my first and love the idea of a birth pool but I don’t want it to slow down my labour.
Same
It's probably well past your labor and delivery at this point, and I hope you got to find out what you were asking!
