    You did a review on a Huepar laser over a year ago and that’s what turned me on to them. I have this model and the B03CG Pro love them both thanks.

    How visible is this model, outdoor in sunny weather..
    And what is the distance in indoor use..
    Using vertical/horisontal beams..
    Normaly we use milwaukee 360 on my work, but for me private, its to expensive..

    No doubt the Huepar S04CG is great but 250 bucks might be a little steep for the weekend DIY'er . Instead consider the Huepar LS04CG (the L in front of the model number stands for Lite) From a design and laser level function standpoint they are the same, however .... the Lite model does not have Bluetooth (no phone app control), no remote and no LCD Screen... but it only cost 185 bucks. I've used the lite model to level my subfloor and then layout my bathroom tile job. Not once did I regret not having a remote or smart phone functionality. Personally... I figure the fewer bells and whistles on a technical gadget... the less stuff their is that can fail.

      thanks for that info about the L letter in the model! I’ve been trying to figure out the differences between their lasers.

      If you don't require four lasers, you might want to consider the three-laser version, which comes at a lower cost (as I did).

      Remote is definitely handy for the DIYer who may take a few days on a certain job. That way you can leave it on over a few days with the lights off and turn them back on without knocking the laser out of position.

    My DeWalt green line laser level sucks. The laser brightness is sub par and I have actually had to RE-LEVEL projects with my regular level after setting it with the DeWalt.
    The DeWalt stand I bought for it sucks too. Very Cheap. Cannot hold it's positioning. Weak legs and not tall enough.

    • @LandbergTileTV

      Bottom plate, top plate, baseboard, crown molding, backsplash. It's 4.5 inches and has many uses.

    Hey. You did not mention how long the AA batteries last. I did some research and it seems they only last 30 min. Is that correct? In addition, I did not find a seller for the optional Li Ion pack for this particular item. (which could last 5 hours) thanks

    I've had this laser since it first got released and you've missed the part where you pretty much have to move the laser around to zero out the x or y so it's not exactly self levelling in fact its a total faff.. it has 3degrees of tolerance which is stupid because on large rooms that's a lot of difference.. if I could spend my money again I would have the basic dewalt green line.. plus the first one they sent lasted 2weeks and the lcd broke and now the laser on the side doesn't even point straight

    • @tomdodson6293
      @tomdodson6293 Год назад +5

      With the pendulum unlocked the x and y value doesn’t mean your laser isn’t level. It self-levels to a tolerance of +/- 3 degrees so as long as those values are within the specified limit for the pendulum, your lines will be level.
      Basically the 3 degrees of tolerance aren’t for the accuracy of the line, it’s how much you can tilt the unit before it’s past its tolerance to self-level
