Waiting for the mx-5 race to start.
Amazing race
Crazy finish
Most exciting races to watch
This offseason felt SO long. Can’t wait to see Lamborghini running though.
I'm watching from germany and i'm looking forward to this event. I watched it last year and i sad befor: "after group c we sad awww those golden times im missing them. but now with LMDH and LMH we know the golden times are not over. They'll just start right now in Daytona 23." And i was not disapointed. Half a year later, 24h of le mans... But don't forget the 24h of the Nürburgring. My 72h in a year of motorsports without sleep! In germany we call it "durchmachen" :D
thanks for your content
Have you a got a press pass with IMSA? If not, you should apply for one to help with channel growth and the ability to attend the events.
David Land done this for covering IndyCars and it improved his channel numbers. It could work for you.
That’s a great idea! Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll need to look into that.
Excited to see Ford return. Here’s hoping Dodge will bring the Viper back one day. 🤞
I hope so too!
3:54 to 4:06. A race that would be recreated years later in the 2019 film: Ford vs Ferrari. Starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale.
Don't forget 10 hours before the Rolex the 24 hours of Dubai starts! Two screen weekend!
Very true! The 24 hours of Dubai will also be a very cool event!
I was watching MX5 cup, that was so good 😭
Intense race
Another Cadillac win…
might be worth noting that the lap record is wrong, it just got broken
That’s the race lap record. For now, it hasn’t been broken. The one that got broken was the overall lap record by Pipo Derani in the #31 Cadillac
Good Luck and a safe finish to all the teams!!!
"Precisely 24 hours long"
IMSA: I'm about to end this man's whole career
Very good and precise, thanks Jonah
No problem! Thanks for watching
Radio LeMans also had the live feed available. IMSA TV messed up last year not actually having the live stream on for the first few laps!
5:34 Wait? Did that record get broken recently?
That’s the race lap record. For now, it hasn’t been broken. The overall lap record is what got broken by Pipo Derani in the Cadillac
@@FormulaJonah Ok...
cadillac domination👑
Hi everyone. Is there a list somewhere of the teams that will streaming their own in-car feeds? Thank you.
I don’t believe teams will be streaming their onboards. IMSA might have onboards on their website, although I am not entirely sure on that last part. 😉
Hey, just a question because I heard about this from an EU perspective since a long time ago :
Isn't the triple crown made of Daytona / Le Mans / Monaco F1 GP ? Why could Sebring be mentionned in this ?
Still, thanks for the amazing endurance content mate. Have a nice race weekend ! :D
I believe it is Indy, Monaco, and Le Mans.
It’s a different triple crown. Le Mans Sebring and Daytona are the holy grail of endurance racing
12 corners? I guess there are 12 but the start/finish line is in the middle of a turn so I'd say 13. But maybe they count that as a straight because of superstitious drivers. I'd even go so far as to say, beyond proper corners, you could count up to 15 turns altogether if you count all kinks and sweeps with changes in direction.
Edit: what I like about the mustang is that it looks more like a regular car anyone can put on the road than the others which look like the type of luxury car that you'd typically associate with wealthy people.
Can't wait to saturday last year was the first time I saw the race
sorry if I may be misinformed but I thought the triple crown of motorsports is the Indy500, 24h Le Mans and Grand Prix of Monaco (FormulaOne). was that a different grouping?
Triple crown of endurance.
This is the triple crown of endurance racing! What you explained is the triple crown of Motorsport in general!
i have a deep feeling that the return of mustang will be a flop
Imsa tv , is it opened globally or with subscription?
free outside of us
It is free to watch across the globe, except for the US.
This will be my first endurance race, but how do you watch it? Do you sit infront of the TV for the entire 24 hours? Do you watch only the first and last two hours? Do you just put it in the background and listen while going on with your day?
24 hours straight or you won’t get it
Thats upto you, but watching as much as you can is the aim
I do my best to watch the majority of the race. It depends on the person really. Whatever you’re most comfortable doing!
Who is your favorite to win the race?
I predict that Chip Ganassi’s 01 Cadillac will be victorious!
Buuuuut were is it being streamed????
USA: Peacock
Worldwide: IMSA TV
That topic is fully explained at minute 9:31 🙂
@FormulaJonah damn it PEACOCK
Always excited
Unpopular Opinion: The Rolex 24 is nothing more than a testing race for American manufacturers in preparation of Le Mans and severely lacks character compared to the 12h of Sebring; wich is, at least in my opinion, the second most prestigious endurance race in the world with the 24h of the Nürburgring being 3rd.
I call BS.
Nice opinion from mommies basement 🥜
Horrible take kiddo
