What a happy wonderful day in Magic Kingdom with your boys Ashley! I loved the time you guys spent during lunch and that sweet footage of your boys eating the fries and dancing and jamming out to sunny eclipse ☺️. You make me want to vlog or at least video more our next trip down to Disney to capture these moments even just for us to keep of them boys little! ❤️ I love to take pictures to capture memories probably too many... but can you ever have too many as a mom 🤣 and little videos! So much happiness in watching these videos. It's officially been a year since our last trip. This is the first time in 10 years not heading down to Orlando. We've even had a few years with 2 trips. Plans to do a long trip in January 2022!!
I keep planners for planning out my weeks, but then I try to take pictures throughout the week and use my Polaroid zip to print photos out on sticky photo paper, and insert them in my planner on the days I took them. I love going back and seeing the memories we made over the years!
i laughed so hard and had to re watch the haunted mansion part when someone screamed !! i love that we could see it surprised you too as the camera shook !!! looks like it was a great day !!!
I take SO many photos and videos. And you’re right - it sometimes helps frame those memories to remember the happier parts and less of the chaos. The past couple years I’ve been using an app called 1 Second Everyday to compile small moments from each day, which has been so much fun to remember little ordinary moments, especially during the past 10 months when we’ve been mostly at home.
I really needed this today! I was just thinking to myself that I should watch one of your Disney vlogs. My small town in New Brunswick is now a COVID hot spot. I’ve been studying for exams for 3 weeks and just learned today that they have been canceled. It’s definitely been a weird senior year of high school and your videos give me joy!
Sure, your disney vlogs make me miss disney and want to visit again, but while I wait for my next trip there, I enjoy your videos. It is as if I am with you at the parks enjoying it through you. For that, I thank you :-)
We started a tradition of every New Year’s Day to hook up the hard drive to the computer and cast onto the TV all our favorites memories from pictures from the prior year. It never fails that the kids want to see older ones too. It’s always fun to have that walk down memory lane with them!
Oh wow. I LOVE this tradition! Definitely stealing it. We had done this with our parents when we got home from our engagement trip to Disney, but haven’t thought to do it since and it’s so nice to do. It’s nice to reflect on the year and do it big on the tv screen - those memories deserve it! ❤️
@@AshleysLemonadeStand Yes, and it’s always amazing to me how much the kids grew in just that one year. The days are long but the years are short. Looking back now over 18+ years with my oldest, I can still remember the nights I was up nursing her when no one else in the neighborhood was awake. Gosh, I miss those nights. Sweet, sweet memories!! 🥲🥰
August 2020 was going to be our return trip to Disneyworld after our first trip for our honeymoon in 2015. Boy was it disappointing to cancel because of COVID 😭 I really thank you for your videos, throughout the years your trips bring me home each time. Loved the video! I love to take photos for memories 😃
I very much preserve memories in pictures and sometimes video. I want to get better at taking more videos, mostly just of my girls talking because I don't want to forget their little voices and all the thoughts that they have. I would also like to get better at writing down memories from our days but I need to take the time to do it which is the hard part right now haha thanks for sharing your day!
