Like just say hi and bye......you don't have to start talking about your whole life history.

I used to be like that, trying to fill silences with small talk, worrying about what the next topic would be, but it's usually always me doing that. I woke up one morning and I just stopped.
If I want to talk, I do and if I run out of things to talk about, I shut up. If I don't feel like talking, I shut up. The other person can make the effort.
